Analisis Biaya Penggunaaan Tower Crane (Studi kasus pada proyek pembangunan PSLH UGM)

Salah satu alat konstruksi yang sering digunakan untuk melaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi adalah tower crane. Tower crane dibutuhkan untuk membantu pekerjaan struktur atas yang bekerja mengangkut material konstruksi secara horizontal dan vertikal. Penggunaan tower crane memerlukan biaya operasional yang cukup besar, yang dapat mempengaruhi biaya konstruksi. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis biaya penggunaan tower crane dalam membantu pekerjaan struktur atas di proyek PSLH UGM. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan data-data sekunder berupa spesifikasi tower crane, gambar kerja, biaya operasional tower crane dan volume pekerjaan struktur atas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai yang berbeda dengan kondisi riil pengoperasian tower crane di proyek PSLH UGM. Berdasarkan analisis standar untuk setiap lantai bangunan pekerjaan kolom dapat dikerjakan selama 3 hari kerja dan pengangkutan material konstruksi balok, pelat dan scaffolding dapat dikerjakan selama 1 kerja hari. Sedangkan, pada kodisi riil di proyek untuk setiap lantai bangunan pekerjaan kolom dikerjakan selama 4 hari kerja dan pengangkutan material konstruksi balok, pelat dan scaffolding dikerjakan selama 2 hari kerja. Perbedaan waktu pelaksanaan tersebut disebabkan karena terjadi non productive time seperti waktu istirahat operator, waktu tunggu bahan material, dan waktu jalan yang pada pada kondisi riil. Sedangkan pada analisis penelitian ini hanya memperhitungkan productive work time. Hal ini mengakibatkan biaya operasional tower crane yang diperoleh juga berbeda. Dari hasil analisis standar diperoleh biaya total operasional tower crane sebesar Rp 96.029.962,10 sedangkan pada kondisi riil diperoleh biaya operasional tower crane sebesar Rp 131.932.386,39. Selisih biaya penggunaan tower crane tersebut adalah sekitar 27%.

One of the construction equipment that is often used to perform construction work is Tower crane. Tower Crane is needed to assist the work of top structures that work to transport construction materials horizontally and vertically. The use of Tower crane requires considerable operational cost, which can affect the construction cost. In this research conducted analysis of the cost of using tower crane in assisting the work of the upper structure in the project PSLH UGM. Analysis is done using secondary data in the form of tower crane specifications, work images, tower crane operating costs and the volume of upper structure work. The results of the analysis show different values with real conditions of tower crane operation in PSLH UGM project. Based on the standard analysis for each floor building work columns can be done for 3 working days and the transport of the construction materials of beams, plates and scaffolding can be done for 1 working day. Meanwhile, at the real conditions in the project for each floor of the building work column for 4 working days and the transport of the construction materials of blocks, plates and scaffolding worked for 2 working days. The timing difference is due to non-productive time, such as operator break time, material waiting time, and road time in the real conditions. While the analysis of this research only takes into account the productivity of work time. This results in the operating costs of the tower crane which is also different. From the results of standard analysis, the total operational costs of the tower crane amounted to Rp 96,029,962.10 while in real condition, the tower crane operating costs Rp 131,932,386.39. The difference result is 27%.
