Pengembangan Model Hubungan Input dan Output Produksi Vinir Kayu

Vinir adalah lembaran kayu tipis dengan ketebalan 0,24 mm sampai 0,6 mm yang diperoleh melalui pengupasan kayu-kayu tertentu. Kegunaan utama dari vinir adalah sebagai bahan baku untuk pembuatan kayu lapis dengan merekatkan beberapa lembar vinir dengan arah serat yang saling tegak lurus. Volume produksi vinir kayu di Indonesia mengalami fluktuasi selama lima tahun terakhir. Melihat volume tertinggi yang pernah terjadi, produksi vinir di Indonesia masih dapat dioptimalkan untuk mencapai volume tertingginya. CV. Abadi Teknik sebagai salah satu produsen vinir terus berupaya meningkatkan kapasitas produksinya. Perusahaan berupaya meningkatkan produktivitasnya untuk meningkatkan output produksi yang dihasilkan dari input yang digunakan. Untuk dapat meningkatkan hal tersebut perlu untuk mengetahui kontribusi dari faktor-faktor input terhadap jumlah output yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis multivariat yaitu regresi linier berganda untuk mengidentifikasi kontribusi dari setiap faktor input terhadap jumlah output yang dihasilkan. Faktor input yang dianalisis di antaranya adalah volume log standar (grade A), volume log afkir (grade B) dan volume log marking S (grade S). Output yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah hasil produk akhir berupa vinir yang dihasilkan. Dari ketiga variabel input yang digunakan, hanya variabel volume log afkir yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap output. Variabel volume log standar menjadi variabel input yang memiliki nilai koefisien paling tinggi. Artinya, variabel volume log standar adalah variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap output. Oleh karena itu, besarnya hasil akhir produksi vinir di CV. Abadi Teknik dipengaruhi paling besar oleh volume log standar yang digunakan. Hasil di atas berimplikasi pada pemilihan supplier oleh CV. Abadi Teknik. Perusahaan sebaiknya memilih supplier dengan reputasi yang baik yang dapat menyediakan log kayu dengan komposisi log kayu standar yang besar. Hal ini berpengaruh pada hasil akhir produksi vinir yang dihasilkan dari proses produksi yang dijalankan perusahaan. Hal ini juga dapat menjadi indikator yang digunakan perusahaan dalam menilai supplier untuk memutuskan pembelian kembali pada periode selanjutnya.

Veneer is a thin wood sheet with a thickness of 0,24 mm to 0,6 mm which is obtained through stripping certain woods. The main use of veneers is as a raw material for the manufacture of plywood by gluing several sheets of veneer in the direction of perpendicular fibers. The volume of wood veneer production in Indonesia has fluctuated over the past five years. Looking at the highest volume that has ever happened, veneer production in Indonesia can still be optimized to reach its highest volume. CV. Abadi Teknik as one of the producers of veneer continues to strive to increase its production capacity. The company seeks to increase its productivity to increase production output resulting from the inputs used. To be able to improve this, it is necessary to know the contribution of the input factors to the amount of output produced. This study uses multivariate analysis, namely multiple linear regression to identify the contribution of each input factor to the amount of output produced. Input factors analyzed include standard log volume (grade A), rejected log volume (grade B) and log marking S volume (grade S). The output analyzed in this study is the number of final products in the form of veneer produced. Of the three input variables used, only the rejected log volume variable has no significant effect on output. The standard log volume variable becomes the input variable which has the highest coefficient value. That is, the standard log volume variable is the variable that has the most influence on output. Therefore, the size of the final veneer production in the CV. The Abadi Technique is affected the most by the standard log volume used. The above results have implications for the selection of suppliers by CV. Abadi Teknik. The company should choose a supplier with a good reputation who can provide wood logs with a large standard wood log composition. This has an effect on the final output of veneer produced from the production process run by the company. This can also be an indicator used by the company in assessing suppliers to decide on repurchases in the next period.
