PERHITUNGAN TINGKAT KESEHATAN PADA PT. POS INDONESIA (PERSERO) TBK PERIODE 2016 - 2018 DITINJAU DARI ASPEK KEUANGAN BERDASARKAN KEPUTUSAN MENTERI BUMN NOMOR: KEP-100/MBU/2002

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menilai tingkat kesehatan kinerja keuangan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Tbk periode 2016-2018 ditinjau dari aspek keuangan berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri BUMN Nomor: KEP-100/MBU/2002. Aspek keuangan tersebut terdiri dari 8 indikator rasio keuangan yaitu Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), cash ratio, current ratio, collection periods, periode dana terikat di persediaan, presentase total asset turn over, dan rasio total modal sendiri terhadap total aset. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2016 PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Tbk memperoleh total skor 51,85 sehingga mendapatkan predikat sehat dengan tingkat kesehatan A. Pada tahun 2017, memperoleh total skor 51,6 sehingga mendapatkan predikat sehat dengan tingkat kesehatan A. Pada tahun 2018, memperoleh total skor 38,5 sehingga mendapatkan predikat kurang sehat dengan tingkat kesehatan BBB. PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Tbk selama periode 2016-2018 berdasarkan 8 indikator penilaian sesuai Surat Keputusan Menteri BUMN Nomor: KEP100/MBU/2002 terdapat lima indikator yang masih berada di bawah standar penilaian, yaitu indikator Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Investment (ROI), current ratio, periode dana terikat di persediaan, dan rasio total modal sendiri terhadap total asset.

This study aims to measure and assess the level of health of financial performance of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Tbk period 2016-2018 in terms of financial aspects based on the Decree of the Minister of SOE Number: KEP-100/MBU/2002. The financial aspect consists of 8 financial ratio indicators, namely return on equity (ROE), return on investment (ROI), cash ratio, current ratio, collection periods, period of funds bound in inventory, percentage of total assets turn over, and total capital own to assets. The results of this study show that in 2016 PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Tbk get a total score of 51,8 so that it obtains a healthy predicate with grade/ level of A health. In 2017, get a total score of 51,6 so that it obtains a healthy predicate with grade/ level of A health. In 2018, get a total score of 38,85 so that it obtains a less healthy predicate with grade/ level of BBB health. PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Tbk during the period 2016-2017 based on 8 indicators of assessment based on the Decree of the Minister of SOE Number: KEP-100/MBU/2002 there are five indicators still below the assessment standard, are Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Investment (ROI), current ratio, period of funds bound in inventory, and total capital own to assets
