PENGUKURAN DAN ANALISIS WAKTU PRODUKTIF INSPEKTOR QUALITY CONTROL PACKAGING MATERIAL DENGAN METODE WORK SAMPLING DI PT NUTRITIOUS FOOD AND BEVERAGES, BEKASI, JAWA BARAT

Pengukuran waktu produktif dan waktu tidak produktif bagi suatu perusahaan. Pengukuran tersebut menjadi salah satu hal yang penting dilakukan untuk digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi dan acuan hasil kinerja para pekerja. PT Nutritious Food and Beverages tentu memerlukan adanya pengukuran tersebur terutama disalah satu divisi yang memiliki peran penting dalam pengecekan kualitas bahan kemasan yang digunakan pada setiap produk yang dihasilkan yaitu quality control packaging material. Pemilihan metode didasarkan pada sifat work sampling yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur dan mengetahui distribusi pemakaian waktu selama waktu kerja efektif para pekerja dan mengetahui beban kerja dari pekerja serta memperkirakan kelonggaran bagi suatu jenis pekerjaan. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan menggunakan metode work sampling, waktu kerja pada inspektor quality control packaging material mulai pukul 07.30 – 16.00 WIB dengan 8 jam kerja efektif. Masing-masing dengan rata-rata waktu kerja efektif yang digunakan objek observasi inspektor quality control packaging material lini A adalah 52,19% dan objek observasi inspektor quality control packaging material lini B adalah 55,52%. Kecenderungan waktu kerja tidak efektif adalah 34,06% dengan durasi 2 Jam 43 Menit pada objek observasi inspektor quality control packaging material lini A dan 24,48% dengan durasi 1 Jam 58 Menit pada objek observasi inspektor quality control packaging material lini B. Main activities yang paling lama dilakukan yaitu administrasi database quality control. Supporting activities yang banyak dilakukan yaitu berkonsultasi dengan beberapa pihak terkait atau melalui telephone extension. Allowance yang memiliki persentase tinggi dan termasuk dalam kategori manageable allowance adalah aktivitas lain-lain yang dimaksud dapat berupa membaca buku dan berolahraga. Hal tersebut dikarenakan menunggu kedatangan barang bahan kemas.

Measurement of productive time for a company is one of the important things to do to be used as an evaluation material and a reference to the performance results of workers. PT Nutritious Food and Beverages certainly requires the measurement especially in one of the divisions which has an important role in checking the quality of the packaging materials used in each product produced, namely the quality control packaging material. This work measurement is done using the Work Sampling method. The choice of method is based on the nature of the work sampling that can be used to measure and determine the distribution of time usage during the effective working time of workers and know the workload of workers and estimate the allowance for a type of work. Based on the analysis that has been done using the work sampling method, the work time at the quality control packaging material inspector starts at 07.30 - 16.00 WIB with 8 hours of effective work. Each with an average effective working time used Observe inspector quality control packaging material milk product was 52.19% and Observe inspector quality control packaging material fruit juice product was 55.52%. The trend of ineffective working time is 34.06% with a duration of 2 Hours 43 Minutes on Observe inspector quality control packaging material milk product and 24.48% with a duration of 1 Hour 58 Minutes on Observe inspector quality control packaging material fruit juice product. Mainest of the longest-running activities are quality control database administration. Supporting activities that are mostly done are consulting with several related parties or through telephone extensions. Allowance which has a high percentage and is included in the manageable allowance category is another activity that is meant to be in the form of reading books and exercising. That is because waiting for the arrival of packaging materials.
