Optimasi Supplier Selection dan Order Allocation Obat Tradisional dengan Metode Goal Programming

Pemilihan supplier dan alokasi jumlah pesanan merupakan poin utama dalam rantai pasok karena dapat mempengaruhi keuntungan dari suatu usaha. Dalam era usaha yang sangat kompetitif saat ini, proses pemilihan supplier dan alokasi jumlah pesanan yang optimal sangat penting agar tetap dapat bersaing dengan pelaku usaha lain. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengambilan keputusan pada kasus multi-objective multi-criteria di salah satu toko obat tradisional. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah meminimalkan biaya, meminimalkan waktu, dan memaksimalkan pelayanan. Kriteria pemilihan supplier yang dipertimbangkan adalah biaya pembelian, biaya pengiriman, waktu pengiriman, garansi, dan jangka kredit. Model pada permasalahan ini dirancang menggunakan metode goal programming dan pre-emtpvie goal programming kemudian diselesaikan dengan software What'sBest! 16.0. Model diverifikasi dan divalidasi menggunakan studi kasus sederhana dan membandingkan hasil perhitungan manual dengan hasil simulasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model untuk pengambilan keputusan pemilihan supplier dan alokasi jumlah pesanan yang optimal untuk produk obat tradisional di Toko Obat Sembuh. Hasil perhitungan dengan model goal programming dan pre-emptive goal programming kemudian dibandingkan dengan kondisi existing. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah menerapkan metode pre-emptive goal programming maka toko akan mendapatkan supplier yang optimal dan dapat menghemat biaya sebesar 1,5%.

Supplier selection and order quantity allocation are the main points in the supply chain because they can affect the profitability of a business. In today's highly competitive business era, the process of selecting suppliers and allocating optimal order quantities is very important in order to remain competitive with other business actors. This research discusses decision making in a multi-objective multi-criteria case in one of the traditional drug stores. The objective of this research is to minimize costs, minimize time, and maximize service. The supplier selection criteria that are considered are purchase costs, shipping costs, delivery times, guarantees, and credit terms. The model for this problem was designed using the goal programming and pre-emptive goal programming method and solved by What'sBest! 16.0. The model is then verified and validated in small-scale case studies and compares the results of manual calculations with simulation results. This research has brought a decision making model for an optimal supplier selection and order quantity allocation for traditional medicine products at Toko Obat Sembuh. The results of calculations with the goal programming and pre-emptive goal programming model are then compared with the existing conditions. The results of this research indicate that after implementing the pre-emptive goal programming method, the store will get an optimal supplier and can save costs by 1,5%.
