Analisis Teknis dan Usaha Pembenihan Gurami Skala Rumah Tangga di Kecamatan Moyudan Kabupaten Sleman

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Sumberagung, Sumberrahayu, Sumbersari, dan Sumberarum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui teknis dan kelayakan usaha pembenihan gurami skala rumah tangga di Kecamatan Moyudan, Kabupaten Sleman. Metode deskriptif digunakan pada penelitian ini, pengambilan data dilakukan selama satu siklus produksi pada bulan November sampai Desember 2019. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan total responden sebanyak 6 pembenih aktif yang ada di desa tersebut. Aspek teknis pembenihan pada penelitian ini meliputi kegiatan persiapan kolam, penetasan telur, pendederan benih, pengelolaan air, manajemen pakan dan pemanenan. Aspek usaha yang dianalisis meliputi parameter struktur biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan dan R/C ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat dua aspek penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan kegiatan pembenihan yaitu kualitas telur dan pakan. Pada aspek usaha diperoleh hasil penerimaan sebesar Rp. 2.520.417 dari produksi benih gurami sebanyak 32.580 ekor dengan biaya total produksi sebesar Rp. 1.115.188 sehingga diperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp. 1.405.229 dalam satu siklus pembenihan. Nilai R/C ratio yang diperoleh sebesar 2,3 yang berarti usaha pembenihan layak untuk dilakukan.

This research was conducted in Sumberagung, Sumberrahayu, Sumbersari, and Sumberarum Villages. The purpose of this research is to determine the technical and feasibility of the gourami backyard hatchery business in Moyudan District, Sleman Regency. The descriptive method is used in this research, data collection was carried out during one production cycle from November to December 2019. The determination of research location was conducted by purposive sampling with a total of 6 active breeders in the village. The hatchery technical aspects in this research include the activities of pond preparation, hatching eggs, seed breeding, water management, feed management, and harvesting. The business aspects analyzed include cost structure parameters, revenue, income, and the R/C ratio. The results showed that there were two important aspects in determining the success of hatchery activities, there is the quality of eggs and feed. In the business aspect, the revenue is Rp. 2,520,417 from the production of 32,580 gourami seed with a total production cost is Rp. 1,115,188, so the income that has been reached is Rp. 1,405,229 in one hatching cycle. The R/C ratio value that has been reached is 2.3 which means the hatchery business is feasible.
