INTISARI Penelitian dilakukan di Dusun Kaliwaru, Desa Selomartani, Kecamatan Kalasan, Kabupaten Sleman pada bulan Desember 2019 hingga Maret 2020. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposive dengan total responden sebanyak 10 orang yang merupakan pembenih aktif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui aspek teknis dan usaha pembenihan nila. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan pengamatan secara langsung dan ikut dalam kegiatan pembenihan. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dalam tabulasi. Parameter aspek teknis meliputi persiapan kolam, manajemen indukan, pengelolaan air, manajemen pakan dan pemanenan. Parameter aspek usahatani meliputi struktur biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan dan R/C ratio. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa rerata luas usaha sebesar 588,5 m2. Periode pembenihan yang dilakukan yaitu selama 21 hari. Parameter aspek teknis yang penting dalam pembenih nila adalah luasan lahan pembenihan, semakin luas lahan yang digunakan maka semakin tinggi produksi dari pendapatan persatuan luasnya. Dan perbandingan jantan betina pada indukan yang lebih banyak akan menghasilkan produksi yang tinggi juga. Produksi benih rata-rata yang dihasilkan sebanyak 348.600 ekor. Biaya produksi pembenihan nila sebesar Rp 1.697.530,- yang terdiri dari biaya tetap sebesar Rp 476.380,- dan biaya tidak tetap sebesar Rp1.221.150,- per siklus. Penerimaan sebesar Rp 4.183.200,-. Pendapatan sebesar Rp 2.485.670,-. Indikator kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa nilai R/C Ratio sebesar 2,46,-. BEP produksi sebesar 141.461 ekor dan BEP harga Rp. 5/ekor

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Kaliwaru, Selomartani Village, Kalasan District, Sleman Regency in December 2019 to March 2020. Determination of the location of the study was conducted purposively with a total of respondents as many as 10 active breeders The purpose of this research is to find out aspects of the technical and bussiness of tilapia hatchery. Data obtained by observing directly and participate in hatchery activities. The data obtained is then processed in a tabulation. Aspects of tilapia hatchery activities include technical aspects and aspects of farming. Technical aspects parameters include pond preparation, broodstock management, water management, feed management and harvesting. The farm aspect parameters include the cost structure, revenue, income and R / C ratio. The results obtained were obtained from the average business area of 588.5 m2. The hatchery period is 21 days. The important technical aspect parameter in tilapia hatcher is the area of hatchery, the wider the land that is used, the higher the production of the total unity income. And the ratio of male females to more broodstock will produce high production too.The cost of producing tilapia hatching is Rp 1,697,530, which consists of a fixed cost of Rp 476,380, and a variable cost of Rp1,221,150 per cycle.
