Pengaruh Jenis Umpan Terhadap Komposisi Hasil Tangkapan Bubu Lipat Kubah di Rawa Pening Kabupaten Semarang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perbedaan jenis umpan terhadap komposisi hasil tangkapan, nilai laju tangkap (CPUE), dan nilai trap rate bubu lipat kubah di Rawa Pening Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2019 s.d. Januari 2020, dilakukan dengan uji coba penangkapan (experimental fishing) pada 3 titik lokasi yang berbeda. Pengoperasian bubu lipat kubah dilakukan secara rawai sejumlah 60 unit. Jenis perlakuan umpan yang digunakan berupa umpan keong mas dan trash fish. Setiap ikan hasil tangkapan ikan ditentukan jenisnya, serta diukur panjang dan beratnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima jenin ikan hasil tangkapan hasil tangkapan bubu lipat kubah, yaitu ikan red devil (Amphilophus amarillo) sebesar 1,82%, lobster air tawar (Cherax quadricarinatus) sebesar 17,27%, ikan mujair (Oreochromis mossambicus) sebesar 4,55%, ikan wader ijo (Osteochilus vittatus) sebesar 0,91%, dan betutu (Oxyeleotris marmorata) sebesar 75,45%. Laju tangkap bubu dengan perlakuan umpan keong mas sebesar 178,7 g/trip atau 6 g/bubu/trip sedangkan perlakuan umpan trash fish 127,7 g/trip atau 4,3 g/bubu/trip. Nilai trap rate paling besar diperoleh pada perlakuan umpan keong mas dengan nilai 11,67%. Uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan jenis umpan tidak memberikan perbedaan yang nyata terhadap CPUE, trap rate, jumlah dan berat hasil tangkapan. The research aimed to know the effect of different bait on catch composition, catch per unit effort (CPUE), and trap rate effort of dome folding traps in Rawa Pening, Semarang Regency. The research was carried out on December 2019-January 2020, by experimental fishing in three different locations. A total of 60 units of folding dome traps were installed in a long line. Golden snail and trash fish were used as the bait treatment. Fishes which caught was identified, and then measured its total length and weight. Result of this experiment showed that there were five species caught by dome folding trap namely red devil (Amphilophus amarillo) as amount 1,82%, freshwater lobster (Cherax quadricarinatus) as amount 17,27%, tilapia (Oreochromis mossambicus) as 4,55%, green spotted barb (Osteochilus vittatus) as amount 0,91%, and marble goby fish (Oxyeleotris marmorata) as amount 75,45%. The catch per unit of dome folding trap using golden snail as a bait was 178,7 g/trip or 6 g/trap/trip while using the trash fish was 127,7 g/trip or 4,3 g/trap/trip. The highest trap rate was gained by dome folding trap with golden snail as a bait i.e. 11,67%. There was no significant difference in CPUE, trap rate, number and weight by the type of the bait on dome folding trap. Keywords: bait, CPUE, dome trap, Rawa Pening, trap rate.
