PEMBUATAN SIG KAWASAN ZONASI TIAP SMA NEGERI DI KABUPATEN PURBALINGGA

Sistem zonasi adalah sebuah sistem yang mengatur Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) berdasarkan tempat tinggal dan jarak ke sekolah. Tujuan sistem zonasi adalah untuk mewujudkan pendidikan berkualitas dan Tripusat Pendidikan (sekolah, keluarga, masyarakat). Kawasan zonasi untuk tingkat SMA adalah antara 9 hingga 10 kilometer. Sistem Informasi Geospasial (SIG) memiliki peran penting dalam sistem zonasi sekolah. SIG mampu menyediakan informasi area mana saja yang berada dalam sistem zonasi berdasarkan lokasi tiap SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Kawasan zonasi SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Purbalingga diperoleh dari hasil analisis buffer, intersect dan point distance. Hasil pembuatan SIG disajikan dalam peta tematik kawasan zonasi untuk tiap SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Purbalingga dan informasi tabular berupa tabel dokumentasi untuk kawasan zonasi. SIG dalam tugas akhir ini menyajikan informasi atribut nama sekolah, Nomor Pokok Sekolah Nasional, kuota penerimaan siswa baru per tahun, akreditasi, lokasi sekolah, nama desa, kecamatan dan jarak ke sekolah, sehingga dapat membantu calon peserta didik baru dan orang tua untuk memilih SMA Negeri yang berada dalam kawasan zonasi.

Zoning system is a system to determine new students admission based on residence and distance to school. This system has purpose to realize good education quality and educational center (school, family, and public). Zoning area for high school between nine to ten kilometers. Geospatial Information System (GIS) have an important role in the school zoning systems. GIS has ability to provide information about area that contained in zoning area based on state high school location in Purbalingga District. The GIS zoning of high school in Purbalingga District was obtained from the analysis of buffer, intersect and point distance. The results of making a GIS are presented in a thematic map of zoning areas for each high school in Purbalingga District and tabular information of documentation tables for zoning areas. GIS in this thesis presents information on the name of the school, National School Principal Number, capacity of new student admissions per year, accreditation, school location, name of village, sub-district and distance to school, so that it can help prospective new students and parents to choose state high schools within the zoning area.
