EVALUASI PENERAPAN REKAM MEDIS ELEKTRONIK MENGGUNAKAN METODE PIECES DI PUSKESMAS SEYEGAN KABUPATEN SLEMAN

Latar Belakang: Setelah penerapan rekam medis elektronik, Puskesmas Seyegan masih membutuhkan rekam medis kertas untuk pelayanan kepada pasien. Hal tersebut disebabkan riwayat pasien belum seluruhnya masuk dalam rekam medis elektronik, serta beberapa tempat belum terkonversikan kedalam sistem rekam medis elektronik. Dengan adanya gejala-gejala permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan analisis PIECES untuk mengetahui permasalahan utama. Tujuan: Mengevaluasi penerapan rekam medis elektronik di Puskesmas Seyegan, Sleman, Yogyakarta berdasarkan aspek PIECES. Metode: Penelitian dengan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data berupa wawancara dan observasi. Subjek penelitian yaitu sepuluh orang pengguna sistem dengan triangulasi Kepala Subbagian Tata usaha Puskesmas Seyegan. Objek penelitian yaitu evaluasi penerapan rekam medis elektronik. Validitas data dilakukan dengan mengkonfirmasikan hasil penelitian dengan triangulasi. Analisis data dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, kemudian pembuatan kesimpulan oleh peneliti. Hasil: Dalam aspek performance Item data belum lengkap. Dalam aspek information sistem belum dapat mendeteksi ketidakakuratan pengisisan data, data-data antropometri pasien tidak otomatis terisi, history pasien terbaru belum tersedia, informasi belum disajikan dalam format dan bentuk yang sesuai. Dalam aspek economic penurunan biaya belum terlalu dirasakan. Dalam aspek control keamanan data dan sistem kurang terjamin. Dalam aspek efficiency sistem mudah dipelajari. Dalam aspek service sistem kurang dapat diandalkan untuk melakukan pekerjaan. Kesimpulan: Sistem rekam medis elektronik di Puskesmas Seyegan belum dapat diandalkan sepenuhnya. Hal tersebut disebabkan item data pada sistem belum lengkap sehingga petugas masih melakukan double entry sehingga dibutuhkan pelengkapan item data

Background: After implementation of EHR, Seyegan Public Health Center still using papper based medical record because of history of patien is not recorded completelr in EHR and some place still not converted to EHR. Based on that evaluation PIECES is needed to identify main problems. Aim: Evaluating application of eletronic medical record in Seyegan Public Health Center using PIECES Method: This research using kualitatif method, with interview and observation as method to collect data. Subject of this research was ten user of EMR with head of subsection of admisitration as triangulation. Object of this research was to evaluatied implementation of EMR. Data's validation did by confirmed data's result with triangulation. Data's analysis did by collected data, reduced data, and made conclusion. Result: Based on PIECES analysis.In performance, data item is not complete. In information aspect information, system can't detect data's inaccuracies, antropometry data of patient can't be automatically filled, information of patience's history is not avaliable, information is not served in right format and form. In economic cost reduction is not been feeled. In control the security of system's datas is not guarantee, in efficiency aspect system is easy to use and learn, in service aspect system can't be fully reliable to doing work. Conclusion: Electronic health record can't be fully reliable to doing work because item data is not complete and workers still did double entry. Therefore completement of item data is needed
