PEMBUATAN PETA DESA TRIMULYO, KECAMATAN GRABAG, KABUPATEN PURWOREJO SKALA 1 : 2.500 BERDASARKAN PERATURAN KEPALA BADAN INFORMASI GEOSPASIAL NOMOR 3 TAHUN 2016

Kabupaten Purworejo terdiri atas 16 kecamatan, 469 desa, dan 25 kelurahan. Menurut Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Purworejo Nomor 4 Tahun 2016, rencana struktur tata ruang wilayah kabupaten Purworejo mengarah kepada sistem pusat-pusat permukiman (perkotaan-perdesaan) sesuai dengan hirarki dan fungsinya dalam konteks pengembangan wilayah yang terintegrasi, dengan memacu perkembangan kota-kota utama, kota kecil, dan pusat perdesaan. Perkembangan wilayah Purworejo dapat dilihat masih belum menyeluruh sampai tingkat desa diantaranya desa Trimulyo. Menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014, desa merupakan subjek dari pembangunan, pembangunan suatu desa mengacu pada Peta Desa. Desa Trimulyo masih belum memiliki Peta Desa, maka pada kegiatan ini dilakukan pembuatan Peta Desa yang sesuai dengan Peraturan Kepala BIG Nomor 3 Tahun 2016. Tahapan pelaksanaan dalam pembuatan Peta Desa ini diantaranya pertama melakukan interpretasi visual dan klasifikasi unsur Peta Desa, lalu melakukan digitasi sesuai dengan klasifikasi, selanjutnya memberbaiki topologi, setalah itu pengambaran peta mulai dari menentukan ukuran kertas, skala, simbolisasi, toponimi, dan tata leta, dan tahapan akhir yaitu dengan melakukan pengujian posisi dan tematik dari Peta Desa tersebut. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menghasilkan peta citra, peta sarana dan prasarana, serta peta penutup lahan dan penggunaan lahan. Masing-masing Peta Desa memberikan informasi yang berbeda. Peta Desa dikatakan layak apabila uji ketelitian horizontal yang dihasilkan dari Peta tersebut telah sesuai dengan standar, dengan begitu Peta Desa yang dibuat memiliki ketelitian horizontal sebesar 0,4 dan berada pada kelas 1 dalam skala 1:2.500. Sementara itu, uji tematik dalam pembuatan Peta Desa ini masih belum memenuhi syarat Peta Desa, dengan nilai overall accuracy sebesar 82.35% dan nilai kappa 81.93%.

Purworejo Regency has 16 sub-districts, 25 urban villages, and 469 villages. According to Regional Regulation of Purworejo Regency No. 4 of 2016, the spatial structure plan of Purworejo is directed towards the system of settlement centers (urban-rural) in appropriate with the hierarchy and the function of integrated regional development, by spurring the development of major cities, small cities, and rural center. The development of Purworejo can be seen that it is still not comprehensive for all of the villages, including Trimulyo village. According to the Regulations No. 6 of 2014, a village is the subject of development, the development of a village refers to the Village Map. Trimulyo Village still does not have a Village Map. Therefore, Trimulyo map is made in this activity that appropriate with BIG Leader Officer Regulation No. 3 of 2016. There are some steps of implementation to make a Village Map. The first, doing a visual interpretation and classification of the elements of village Map. Next, digitizing according to the classification. Then, correcting the topology. After that, drawing the map which starting from determining the paper size, scale, symbolization, toponymy, and layout. The last, doing the positioning and thematic testing of the Village Map. The result of this activity is to produce an image of map, facilities and infrastructure map, and land cover and land utilization map. Each of Village Map provides different information. The Village Map is worthy if the test of horizontal accuracy from the Map is suitable with the standard. Thus, the Village Map has a horizontal accuracy of 0.4 and it is in class 1 on a scale of 1: 2,500. Meanwhile, the thematic testing in making this Village Map is still not qualify based on the Village Map requirements, with an overall accuracy value of 82.35% and a kappa value of 81.93%.
