Perancangan Tata Letak Ruang Unit Kerja Rekam Medis di RSUD Kota Madiun

Latar Belakang : Unit Kerja Rekam Medis di RSUD Kota Madiun terdiri dari tempat penerimaan pasien, ruang pengolahan data, ruang kepala rekam medis, dan ruang filing. Sistem penyimpanan yang diterapkan yaitu sistem desentralisasi sehingga berkas rekam medis rawat jalan dan rawat inap disimpan ditempat terpisah. Ruang unit kerja rekam medis tersebut masih dapat diakses oleh petugas lain sehingga dapat mengancam kerahasiaan berkas rekam medis. Selain itu, terdapat rencana pemindahan ruang unit kerja rekam medis ke gedung baru dengan mengubah sistem penyimpanan dari desentralisasi ke sentralisasi. Sehingga dibutuhkan usulan rancangan desain ruang unit rekam medis untuk gedung baru. Tujuan : Merancang ruang unit kerja rekam medis agar efisien dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja petugas rekam medis dengan memperhatikan alur kerja rekam medis dan aspek ergonomis. Metode : Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan unit kerja rekam medis ini adalah metode perancangan Mark Karlen. Metode perancangan ini terdiri dari tahap pra-perancangan dan perancangan. Hasil : Perancangan yang diperoleh adalah dua desain ruang unit kerja rekam medis. Desain rancangan terpilih merupakan hasil wawancara dengan kepala unit kerja rekam medis. Kesimpulan : Ruang unit kerja rekam medis sekarang kurang efisien dikarenakan beberapa faktor, yaitu luas ruang yang sempit, ruang filing terpisah dikarenakan sistem penyimpanan desentralisasi, dan kurang memenuhi dalam aspek kerahasiaan berkas rekam medis serta keselamatan petugas rekam medis. Usulan desain rancangan ruang unit kerja rekam medis sangat dibutuhkan untuk pemindahan ruang unit kerja rekam medis di gedung yang baru. Desain rancangan terpilih telah memperhatikan alur kerja rekam medis dan merupakan hasil wawancara dengan kepala rekam medis.

Background : The medical record Unit at RSUD Madiun consists of a patient reception, data processing room, a medical record head room, and a filing room. The storage system applied is a decentralized system so that the medical and inpatient record files are stored in separate areas. The work unit room of the medical record is still accessible to other officers so that it can threaten the confidentiality of medical record files. In addition, there is a plan to move the work unit space of the medical record into the new building by converting the storage system from decentralization to centralization. So it takes proposals for the medical record unit room design draft for the new building. Objective : Designing the work unit space of the medical record to be efficient and can improve the performance of the medical record officer with regard to medical record workflows and ergonomic aspects. Methods : The method used in the design of work unit of this medical record is the design method of Mark Karlen. This method of design consists of pre-design and design. Results : The design obtained is two design work unit room medical record. The design of the selected draft is the result of interviews with the head of medical record unit. Conclusion : The work unit room of the medical record is now less efficient due to several factors, namely the narrow space area, separate storage space due to decentralized storage system, and less fulfilling in the confidentiality aspects of the medical record file as well as the safety of the medical record officers. Proposed design of the work unit of the medical record space is necessary for the removal of the work unit room of the medical record in the new building. The design of the selected draft has been attentive to the medical record workflow and is the result of an interview with the head of medical record.
