PEMBUATAN STORY MAP PASTI UNTUK VISUALISASI POTENSI KECAMATAN SAWIT

Sawit merupakan sebuah kecamatan dengan luas wilayah terkecil di Kabupaten Boyolali. Daerah ini memiliki potensi pada bidang pertanian dan pariwisata yang kurang diketahui masyarakat. Hal tersebut terjadi karena kurangnya media informasi yang memadai. Dengan demikian, perlu adanya media informasi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Story map dapat menjadi salah satu media informasi untuk mempublikasikan potensi daerah Kecamatan Sawit. Media story map dapat menyajikan informasi yang lebih interaktif dan komunikatif sehingga lebih menarik dan mudah dipahami. Story map pandang potensi Kecamatan Sawit dibuat menggunakan platform ArcGIS Online. Jenis story map yang digunakan ialah story map cascade. Story map ini menyediakan template berupa teks naratif yang dapat disertai dengan peta, gambar, video, dan link untuk akses ke website lain. Selain itu, story map cascade mudah untuk dijalankan oleh pengguna. Data yang disajikan dikumpulkan dan diolah sesuai dengan konten yang akan dibahas. Data tersebut terdiri dari data spasial, data atribut, dan data multimedia. Narasi disusun untuk membangun cerita secara runtut berdasarkan data yang akan ditampilkan. Dengan demikian, penyajian data dan narasi cerita harus saling bersesuaian dan berurutan. Apabila data dan narasi cerita telah tersedia maka penyusunan story map bisa dilaksanakan. Kegiatan pembuatan Tugas Akhir ini menghasilkan media informasi berbasis web yang dibuat dengan platform ArcGIS story map yang dapat diakses pada laman s.id/storymappasti. Konten story map dapat diakses oleh seluruh masyarakat di internet. Konten ini dapat dibuka pada personal computer maupun smartphone. Story map ini mempresentasikan potensi Kecamatan Sawit dengan membagi konten menjadi 6 sub tema yang terdiri dari selayang pandang (gambaran umum), demografi (kependudukan), panen ria (produksi panen padi sawah, tembakau, dan kelapa), wisata, kebudayaan, dan cerita rakyat. Dengan adanya media tersebut, diharapkan masyarakat mengetahui potensi Kecamatan Sawit.

Sawit is a sub-district with the smallest area in Boyolali Regency. This area has potential in agriculture and tourism that is less known to the public. This happens because of the lack of adequate information media. Thus, the need for information media to overcome these problems. Story map can be one of the media information to publicize the potential of the Sawit Sub-district. Media story maps can present information that is more interactive and communicative so that it is more interesting and easier to understand. Story map view of Sawit Sub-district's potential is created using the ArcGIS Online platform. The type of story map used is the cascade story map. This story map provides templates in the form of narrative text that can be accompanied by maps, images, videos, and links for access to other websites. In addition, cascade story maps are easy for users to run. The data presented is collected and processed in accordance with the content to be discussed. The data consists of spatial data, attribute data, and multimedia data. Narratives are arranged to build a coherent story based on the data to be displayed. Thus, the presentation of data and narrative stories must be mutually relevant and sequential. If the data and narrative of the story are available the compilation of the story map can be carried out. The activity of making this final project produces web-based information media created with the ArcGIS story map platform that can be accessed on the s.id/storymappasti page. Story map content can be accessed by all people on the internet. This content can be opened on a personal computer or smartphone. This story map presents the potential of Sawit Sub-district by dividing the content into 6 sub themes consisting of overview (general description), demographics (population), joyous harvest (crop production of wet rice, tobacco, and coconut), tourism, culture, and folklore . With this media, it is expected that the public will know the potential of the Sawit Sub-district.
