PERAN PENGASUHAN TERHADAP EXECUTIVE FUNCTION PADA ANAK PRASEKOLAH DENGAN TEMPERAMEN SEBAGAI MODERATOR

Executive function pada anak prasekolah merupakan dasar perkembangan kemampuan kognitif dan sosial di periode perkembangan selanjutnya sehingga perlu untuk mengetahui faktornya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek moderasi temperamen terkait peran pengasuhan terhadap executive function. Partisipan penelitian meliputi 186 anak dengan rentang usia 5-6 tahun. Skala ukur yang digunakan adalah skala executive function anak, skala pengasuhan, dan skala temperamen anak. Data dianalisis menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil analisis menunjukkan temperamen mampu memoderasi peranan pengasuhan terhadap executive function (F=4,398; p=0,037) dengan kontribusi kenaikan sumbangan efektif pengasuhan sebesar 0,6% terhadap executive function. executive function, pengasuhan, temperamen

Executive function in preschool children are the basis for the development of cognitive and social abilities in the next developmental period and necessary to know about the factors. This study aimed to test empirically the moderation effect of temperament in the role of parenting toward executive function. Participants are included 186 children with an age range of 5-6 years old. Data were collected using executive function scale, the parenting scale, and the child's temperament scale. A quantitative research designed in this study by using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The result indicated that temperament as moderating variable of parenting toward executive function (F = 4,398; p = 0,037) by increasing 0,6% effective contribution of parenting toward executive function.
