NILAI FISIOLOGIS RASIO ALBUMIN / GLOBULIN (A/G) PADA KAMBING PERANAKAN ETTAWA (PE) BUNTING DAN ANAKAN

Perubahan rasio A/G pada kambing anakan terjadi karena masa transisi disebabkan pakan yang berganti dari kolostrum menjadi hijauan. Kambing bunting juga mengalami perubahan pada rasio A/G yang disebabkan oleh persiapan menyusui segera setelah partus. Rasio A/G meningkat karena konsentrasi globulin rendah tetapi konsentrasi albumin yang seimbang dipertahankan. Sampel diperoleh dari 10 ekor kambing PE bunting dan 4 ekor kambing PE anakan umur tiga bulan. Sampel darah diambil melalui vena jugularis untuk dianalisis konsentrasi albumin dan total. Globulin diperoleh dari nilai total protein dikurangi nilai albumin. Rasio A/G diperoleh dari hasil perbandingan antara nilai albumin terhadap nilai globulin. Hasil perhitungan rata - rata rasio A/G pada kelompok kambing PE bunting 1,14 ± 0,24 dan pada kelompok kambing PE anakan adalah 0,77 ± 0,32. Hasil uji T-test sebesar 0,03(<0,05) menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan rasio A/G (P<0,05) pada kedua kelompok sampel. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rasio A/G pada kambing PE bunting signifikan lebih tinggi dibanding anakan

Changes in the A/G ratio in goatling occur because the transition period was cause by feed that change from colostrum to forage. Pregnant goat also changes in the A/G ratio caused by preparation for breastfeeding immediately after parturition. The A/G ratio was increase because globulin concentration is low but a comparable albumin concentration was maintain. Samples were obtain from 10 pregnant PE goats and 4 three-month-old PE goatling. Blood samples were take through the jugular vein to be analyze for albumin and total protein concentrations. Globulin was obtain from total protein concentrations subtracted by albumin concentrations. A/G ratio was obtain from the comparison between albumin concentrations and globulin concentrations. The results of the calculation of the average A/G ratio in the group of pregnant PE goats was 1,14 ± 0,24 and in the PE goatling group was 0,77 ± 0,32. T-test results of 0.03 (<0.05) indicate a significant difference in the A / G ratio (P <0.05) in the two sample groups. The conclusion of this study showed that the A/G ratio in pregnant PE goats is significantly higher than goatling.
