ANALISIS FAKTOR PENDUKUNG DAN PENGHAMBAT PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI MOBILE HEALTH (mHEALTH) PADA UPAYA KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT DI PUSKESMAS GAMPING

Latar belakang : Adanya kemajuan teknologi informasi, membuat sistem informasi kesehatan perangkat mobile semakin popular termasuk di dunia kesehatan. Aplikasi mobile seperti manajemen penyakit, pengontrolan berat badan, referensi pelayanan dan promosi kesehatan serta rekaman kesehatan pribadi telah berkembang di masyarakat. Pelayanan dan promosi kesehatan dengan menggunakan mobile technology dikenal dengan mHealth. Tujuan : Mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat penggunaan aplikasi mHealth pada upaya kesehatan masyarakat Puskesmas Gamping. Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelititan deskriptif explorative dengan desain penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan di Puskesmas Gamping dalam kurun waktu November 2019 sampai dengan Februari 2020. Hasil penelitian: Hasil menunjukkan bahwa faktor pendukung penggunaan aplikasi mHealth pada upaya kesehatan masyarakat Puskesmas Gamping adalah pengetahuan yang baik mengenai manfaat aplikai kesehatan dan waktu yang efisien. Faktor penghambat penggunaan aplikasi mHealth pada upaya kesehatan masyarakat Puskesmas Gamping adalah masalah regulasi, masalah konektivitas dan biaya. Kesimpulan : Pengetahuan yang baik dan waktu yang efisisen merupakan faktor pendukung dalam mengunakan mHealth dan konektivitas serta biaya sebagai faktor penghambat penggunaan aplikasi mHealth pada upaya kesehatan masyarakat Puskesmas Gamping.

Background : The existence of advances in information technology, making information systems mobile devices increasingly popular, including in the health sector. Mobile applications was disease management, weight control, service reference and health promotion as well as personal health records have been developed in the community. Services and health promotion using mobile technology is known as mHealth. Objective : To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of the use of mHealth applications in public health efforts at the Gamping Health Center. Method : The type of research used is explorative descriptive research with qualitative research designs. This research will be conducted at the Gamping Health Center in the period November 2019 to February 2020. Results : The results indicate a supporting factor for the use of the mHealth application in public health efforts at the Gamping Health Center is good knowledge of the benefits of health applications and time-efficient. Factors that inhibit the use of mHealth applications in public health efforts at the Gamping Health Center are issues of approval, problems of connectivity and costs. Conclusion : Good knowledge and time efficient are supporting factor in using mHealth and connectivity as well as cost as a barrier to the use of mHealth applications in public health efforts at the Gamping Health Center.
