Latar Belakang : Ketepatan kode diagnosis sangat penting karena memengaruhi hasil grouper INA-CBG. Kode diagnosis penyakit pada sistem peredaran darah memerlukan perhatian lebih karena memiliki aturan khusus. Hasil studi pendahuluan menunjukkan bahwa 80% kode diagnosis tidak tepat dan menghasilkan perbedaan tarif sebesar Rp. 1.483.300. Tujuan : Mengevaluasi ketepatan kode diagnosis penyakit pada sistem peredaran darah dan mengetahui perbedaan tarif INA-CBG di rumah sakit dan tarif INA-CBG peneliti. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi yang dipilih adalah rekam medis pasien rawat inap dengan diagnosis penyakit pada sistem peredaran darah. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 83 yang diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah studi dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah univariat dan bivariat. Hasil : Jumlah kasus penyakit pada sistem peredaran darah pasien rawat inap tahun 2019 sebanyak 1.591, jumlah kode diagnosis yang tepat sebanyak 33 (39,76%), uji statistik paired sample t test menghasilkan p-value sebesar 0,001402. Kesimpulan : Kasus penyakit pada sistem peredaran darah sangat tinggi, ketepatan kode diagnosis rendah serta terdapat perbedaan tarif INA-CBG di rumah sakit dan tarif INA-CBG peneliti, sehingga coder perlu menerima pelatihan pengodean dan meningkatkan ketelitian.

Background : The accuracy of diagnosis codes is very important because it affects the results of INA-CBG grouper. Diagnosis codes of circulatory system diseases requires more attention because it has particular rules. The results of preliminary study showed that 80% of diagnosis codes were incorrect and resulted in a cost difference of IDR 1.483.300. Objective : Evaluate the accuracy of diagnosis codes in circulatory system diseases and determine the differences of hospital's INA-CBG cost and researcher's INA-CBG cost. Methods : This type of research was observational analytic with cross sectional design. The selected population was the medical record of inpatients with circulatory system diseases. A total of 83 samples were taken using simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is study of documentation. Data analysis performed was univariate and bivariate analysis. Results : The number of cases in circulatory system diseases of inpatients in 2019 is 1.591 cases, the correct number of diagnosis codes is 33 (39,76%) codes, statistical test paired sample t test produces a p-value of 0,001402. Conclusion : Cases of circulatory system diseases are very high, the accuracy of diagnosis codes is low and there are difference in hospital's INA-CBG cost and researcher's INA-CBG cost, so the coder needs to receive coding training and improve the accuracy.
