PENERAPAN MODIFIKASI MODEL PASSIVE REGULATION LOWER BOUND PADA VEHICLE SHARING SYSTEM UNTUK PENINGKATAN MOBILITAS

Dalam tesis ini dipelajari tentang permasalahan vehicle sharing system. Vehicle sharing system merupakan sistem kendaraan yang disebar di kota dan dapat disewa pengguna dalam waktu yang singkat. Pembahasan pada tesis ini berfokus pada one way vehicle sharing system, yaitu sistem yang penggunanya dapat meminjam kendaraan dan mengembalikan kendaraan di stasiun yang berbeda. Selanjutnya akan dilakukan studi kasus penerapan one way vehicle sharing system di UGM dengan menggunakan model modifikasi passive regulation lower bound. Model modifikasi bertujuan untuk meminimumkan total kelebihan waktu pengguna dengan kelebihan waktu digambarkan sebagai waktu pengguna untuk menunggu kendaraan di stasiun awal dan menunggu tempat parkir di stasiun tujuan. Selanjutnya akan dibuat model modifikasi passive regulation lower bound yang diformulasikan sebagai program linear bilangan bulat campuran dan diselesaikan dengan metode cabang dan batas.

In this thesis, the vehicle sharing system is studied. Vehicle sharing system is system transportation which is a fleet of vehicles dispersed across a city that users can rent for a short period. In this thesis, we focus on the one-way vehicle sharing system, which is the user can borrow vehicles and return vehicles in a different stations. The one-way vehicle sharing system applied at UGM using the modification model passive regulation lower bound. The purpose of the modification model passive regulation lower bound is to minimize the total excess time. The excess time is the time user spends to wait for the vehicle at the starting station and to wait for parking spaces at the destination station. The modification model passive regulation lower bound is formulated as a mixed-integer linear programming and will be solved by Branch and Bound methods.
