IMPLEMENTASI PILAR SOSIAL SDGs DALAM PROGRAM CSR PERTAMINA HULU ENERGI OFFSHORE NORTH WEST JAVA DAN UNILEVER INDONESIA

SDGs 2030 merupakan agenda terpadu antara perusahaan, pemerintah, dan masyarakat. Program CSR Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ) dan Unilever Indonesia sesuai Pilar Sosial SDGs dalam menjalankan SDGs. Pelaku usaha memiliki peran lebih luas dan lebih terintegrasi dalam agenda SDGs. Partisipasi perusahaan melalui program CSR dan kebijakan pemerintah mampu mempercepat agenda SDGs 2030 serta masyarakat sekitar sebagai penerima manfaat kegiatan tersebut. Apakah benar kedua perusahaan berkomitmen menjalankan pilar sosial SDGs melalui program CSR, karena kedua perusahaan memiliki peranan sentral dalam tercapainya SDGs 2030. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi komitmen implementasi pilar sosial SDGs kedua perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur dari dokumen penelitian dan wawancara mendalam dengan informan, yaitu pihak CDO kedua perusahaan. Wawancara diperlukan sebagai pemastian ulang kebenaran data sesuai dengan SGDs. Pemilihan analisis data penelitian ini melalui deskripsi, interpretasi, dan konfirmabilitas dari temuan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua perusahaan berkontribusi percepatan SDGs 2030 dengan upaya pengentasan kemiskinan, kesetaraan gender, penyetaraan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan. PHE ONWJ memiliki empat program CSR dan satu program dari CSR Unilever sesuai dengan SDGs pengentasan kemiskinan. Disamping itu, satu program CSR PHE dan satu program dari Unilever Indonesia sesuai dengan SDGs penyetaraan Kesehatan dan Kesejahteraan. PHE ONWJ memiliki dua program CSR dan satu program CSR dari Unilever Indonesia sesuai dengan SDGs kesetaraan gender. Peran pemangku kepentingan sangat diperlukan untuk mempercepat agenda SDGs 2030. SDGs 2030 is an integrated plan between companies, governments, and the community. Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ) CSR program and Unilever Indonesia following SDGs Social Pillars in running SDGs. Business participants have a broader and more integrated role in the SDGs agenda. The company's participation through CSR programs and government policies can accelerate the SDGs 2030 agenda as well as the surrounding community as beneficiaries of these activities. Is it true that both companies are committed to running the social pillars of the SDGs through CSR programs because both companies have a primary role in accomplishing SDGs 2030. This study aims to determine and identify the commitment to implement the social pillars of the two companies SDGs. This study uses a qualitative approach with the study of literature from research documents and in-depth interviews with informants, namely the CDO of the two companies. An interview is needed as a re-verification of the truth of the data under SGDs. The selection of analysis of this research data through the description, interpretation, and confirmation of the data findings. The results explained that both companies contributed to the acceleration of SDGs 2030 by efforts to reduce poverty, gender equality, equalize health and well-being. PHE ONWJ has four CSR programs and one program from CSR Unilever by poverty alleviation SDGs. Also, one PHE CSR program and one program from Unilever Indonesia are under the SDGs for equalization in Health and Welfare. PHE ONWJ has two CSR programs and one CSR program from Unilever Indonesia following SDGs on gender equality. The role of stakeholders is needed to accelerate the SDGs 2030 agenda.
