Rasio Neutrofil dengan Limfosit (N/L) pada Kambing Sapera Bunting dan Laktasi di Kambing Farm, Sukoharjo, Ngaglik, Sleman

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai rasio neutrofil dengan limfosit (N/L) pada kambing Sapera bunting dan laktasi yang secara klinis sehat. Sampel diperoleh dari 12 ekor kambing Sapera bunting tiga bulan dan 12 ekor kambing Sapera laktasi tiga bulan. Sampel darah diambil melalui vena jugularis kemudian dibuat preparat apus darah untuk dihitung rasio neutrofil dan limfosit. Hasil perhitungan rata - rata rasio N/L pada kelompok kambing Sapera laktasi adalah (0,47 ± 0,23) lebih tinggi (p<0,05) dibandingkan Sapera bunting sebesar (0,19 ± 0,12) dengan korelasi moderat positif (r = 0,59). Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata - rata rasio neutrophil dengan limfosit (N/L) kambing Sapera laktasi lebih tinggi dari pada kambing Sapera bunting meskipun masih dalam batas normal.

The study aims to determine the ratio of neutrophil and lymphocytes (N/L) in the gestation and lactation Sapera goat. The samples were obtained from 12 goats of Sapera gestation three months and 12 goats of Sapera lactation three months. Blood samples taken through the jugular vein are then made for the preparation of blood smears to calculate the ratio of neutrophil and lymphocytes. The average calculation results of the N/L ratio in the gestation Goat group is 0.198 and lactation goat group is 0.439. The results of the statistical analysis using the Mann-Whitney test showed a significant difference in the N/L ratio (P < 0.05) with a positive moderate correlation (R = 0.59) between groups of gestation goats and lactation. The conclusion of this study suggests that there is a significant influence of the difference in physiological status gestation and lactation Sapera goat's blood N/L ratio.
