PENINGKATAN PERAN SOLO TECHNOPARK DALAM MENDUKUNG PENGEMBANGAN PROGRAM SOLO SMART CITY

Fenomena technopoles yang telah berhasil menjelaskan adanya hasil yang didapatkan atas adanya investasi publik menjadi pertimbangan mengapa alternatif ini perlu dilaksanakan di Indonesia. Meskipun ada banyak tantangan dan telah menjadi persoalan yang berlarut-larut dalam mencapai tahap optimal dari technopoles di Indonesia. Salah satu fenomena yang menarik adalah menghubungkan technopoles dengan pengembangan smart city. Di Indonesia kedua konsep telah diterapkan, bahkan beberapa kota di Indonesia telah menerapkan kedua konsep tersebut. Namun agenda dalam meningkatkan peran technopoles dalam mendukung pengembangan program smart city belum ada. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mendorong adanya agenda untuk mengkolaborasikan pengembangan technopoles dan juga smart city denganmenggunakan konsep yang telah digunakan di negara yang telah berhasil menerapkan kolaborasi ini. Hasilnya adalah dua rekomendasi yang perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan, yaitu diawali dengan membentuk data architecture yang ditujukan dalam memperoleh informasi potensi endogen termasuk membuat decision making menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien, dan selanjutnya adalah memperkuat proses inovasi agar berjalan lebih dinamis.

The phenomena of technopoles which has succeeded in explaining the result of gained on the existence of public investment become the consideration why this alternative is needed to be implemented in Indonesia. Although there are many challenges and they have been protracted problems to gain an optimal phase of technopoles in Indonesia. One of the interesting phenomena is to correlate between technopoles and smart city development. In Indonesia, the two concepts have been applied, even in several cities in Indonesia, they have been applied, too. However, the agenda in increasing the technopoles role in supporting the development of smart city program has not been yet. This research is intended to support the existence of the agenda to collaborate between developing technopoles and smart city by applying the concept that has been used in the country that has succeeded to apply this collaboration. The result is two recommendations that must be carried out continuously, that is by beginning to form the architecture data which are intended to gain the endogen potential information including to make a decision making more effective and efficient, and the next is to strengthen the innovation process in order to run more dynamic.
