PENGARUH VINASSE YANG DIPERKAYA MIKROOGANISME TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN TEBU DAN BEBERAPA SIFAT INCEPTISOL DI PLOSOKLATEN, KEDIRI

Penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh vinasse yang diperkaya mikroorganisme terhadap pertumbuhan tebu dan beberapa sifat tanah Inceptisol Plosoklaten, Kediri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian vinasse terhadap perubahan kesuburan tanah dan tebu hingga masa vegetatif maksimum. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 perlakuan. Pengambilan sampel tanah dan pengamatan tanaman dilakukan pada saat tanaman memasuki umur 5 bulan setelah tanam (BST). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan perlakuan dengan vinasse dengan dosis 50.000 liter.ha-1 berpengaruh nyata pada kalium jaringan tanaman dan fosfor jaringan tanah. Hasil pemberian vinasse terhadap unsur hara kalium jaringan tanaman yang berada di tanah paling tinggi terdapat pada perlakuan pemberian vinasse 50.000 liter.ha-1 sebesar 1,97%.

This study entitled Effect of Vinasse Enriched by Microorganisms on the Growth of Sugar Cane and Some Soil Properties of Inceptisol Plosoklaten, Kediri. The purpose of this study was to know the effect of giving vinasse to changes in soil fertility and sugar cane to the maximum vegetative period. The study design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 treatments. Soil sampling and plant observation were carried out when the plants entered the age of 5 months after planting (BST). The results of this study indicate the treatment with vinasse at a dose of 50,000 liters.ha-1 has a significant effect on plant tissue potassium and soil tissue phosphorus. The results of giving vinasse to the potassium nutrient of plant tissue in the highest soil are in the treatment of giving 50,000 liters.ha-1 vinasse of 1.97%.
