PELAKSANAAN KEPUTUSAN RAPAT PLENO PENGURUS PUSAT IKATAN NOTARIS INDONESIA (INI) MENGENAI KETENTUAN MAGANG BERSAMA DIKABUPATEN BADUNG

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji pelaksanaan Keputusan Rapat Pleno Pengurus Pusat Ikatan Notaris Indonesia mengenai ketentuan magang bersama dan tanggapan calon Notaris peserta magang terhadap pelaksanaan magang bersama. Penelitian ini, peneliti lebih menekankan pada jenis penelitian normatif empiris. Hal ini didasarkan kepada data yang peneliti gunakan yaitu berupa data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian hukum normatif empiris sangat relevan digunakan untuk melihat Pelaksanaan Keputusan Rapat Pleno Pengurus Pusat Ikatan Notaris Indonesia mengenai ketentuan magang bersama dan tanggapan calon Notaris peserta magang terhadap pelaksanaan magang bersama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini adalah Pertama Pelaksanaan magang Magang bersama yang diadakan oleh Pengurus Wilayah Ikatan Notaris Indonesia merupakan suatu tujuan pelaksanaan magang bersama upaya peningkatan kompetensi calon Notaris agar menjadi seorang Notaris yang profesional membahas mengenai bagaimana praktek Notaris membuat suatu akta yang sebagaimana sesuai dengan peraturan, serta sesuai dengan kode etik. Kedua, tanggapan pelaksanaan magang bersama di badung dan tempat pelaksanaan magang bersama yaitu di sekretariat pengurus wilayah walaupun dengan waktu yang hanya satu hari setiap persemester dan materi yang lumayan banyak. Magang bersama yaitu latihan serentak untuk menyamaratakan presepsi terhadap suatu akta Notaris. Pada saat magang bersama peserta magang menyimak materi yang diberikan ataupun sharing bersama teman beda-beda tempat magangnya beda prespektf beda juga cara menghandle clien. Maka dari itu perlu diadakan magang bersama untuk menambah pengetahuan terhadap calon Notaris.

The purpose of this study is to determine and examine the implementation of the Decision of the Plenary Meeting of the Indonesian Notary Association Central Board regarding the conditions of joint apprenticeship and the response of prospective Notaries to apprentices to the implementation of joint internships. in this study, researchers emphasized empirical normative research. This is based on the data that researchers use in the form of primary and secondary data. Empirical normative legal research is very relevant to be used to see the Implementation of the Decision of the Plenary Meeting of the Indonesian Notary Association Central Board regarding the conditions of joint apprenticeship and the response of prospective Notaries to apprentices to the implementation of joint internships. Based on the results of this study is the First Implementation of a joint apprenticeship apprenticeship held by the Regional Board of Indonesian Notary association is an objective of joint apprenticeship efforts in an effort to increase the competency of Notary candidates to become a professional Notary to discuss about how the Notary's practice of making a deed that is in accordance with the regulations, as well as in accordance with the code of ethics. Second, the response of the implementation of a joint apprenticeship in Badung and the place of joint apprenticeship is in the Regional Management Secretariat, although with only one day per semester and quite a lot of material. Joint internship is a simultaneous training to equalize the perception of a notarial deed. At the time of the internship with the trainees listening to the material given or sharing with friends the different places of internship were different perspectives as well as how to handle clients. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a joint internship to increase knowledge of prospective Notaries.
