ANALISIS PENGADAAN BAHAN BAKU OPTIMAL STUDI PADA PT SURYA INTISARI RAYA

Pengendalian terhadap bahan baku yang tepat sangat menunjang kelancaran proses produksi. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran kondisi perusahaan yang membutuhkan metode untuk mengelola pengadaan bahan baku melalui pemahaman teori economic order quantity. PT Surya Intisari Raya merupakan perusahaan swasta perkebunan, anak perusahaan First Resources. Perusahaan belum melihat adanya aspek untuk meminimalisasi biaya pengadaan bahan baku tandan buah sawit segar. Melalui pengelolaan pengadaan bahan baku yang tepat, dapat mengurangi biaya pengadaan bahan baku, sehingga alokasi biaya pengadaan bahan baku dapat dikurangi. Oleh karena itu melalui metode peramalan dan EOQ dapat dijadikan pengembangan bagi perusahaan sehingga dapat unggul dalam persaingan dalam hal pengadaan bahan baku. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode EOQ dapat menghemat biaya pengadaan bahan baku, dengan selisih biaya antara sebelum dan sesudah menghitung metode EOQ dengan nilai Rp270.701,00. Frekuensi pemesanan optimal menjadi 39 kali per �¢ï¿½ï¿½hari, dan jumlah pengadaan optimal 479,24 ton.

Control of the right raw materials greatly supports the smooth production process. This study provides an overview of the condition of companies that require methods to manage the procurement of raw materials through understanding the economic order quantity. PT Surya Intisari Raya is a private plantation company, a subsidiary of First Resources. The company has not seen any aspects to minimize the cost of procuring raw materials for fresh palm fruit bunches. Through proper management of raw material procurement, can reduce the cost of procuring raw materials, so that the allocation of raw material procurement costs can be reduced. Therefore through the forecasting method and EOQ can be used as a development for the company so that it can excel in competition in terms of procurement of raw materials. The results of the study show that the EOQ method can save the cost of procuring raw materials, by the difference in costs between before and after calculating the EOQ method with a value of Rp270,701.00. The optimal ordering frequency is 39 times per day, and the optimal number of procurement is 479.24 tons.
