VALUASI EKONOMI OBJEK WISATA THE LAWU PARK

The Lawu Park merupakan salah satu objek wisata andalan dan terbaru yang berada di Kabupaten Karanganyar, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari valuasi ekonomi dari objek wisata The Lawu Park dan menghitung harga tiket masuk yang direkomendasikan berdasarkan analisis wilingness to pay. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengestimasi valuasi ekonomi dari The Lawu Park adalah Travel Cost Method (TCM). Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan jumlah kunjungan individu sebagai variabel dependen. Sementara itu, variabel independen dari penelitian ini adalah biaya perjalanan, pendapatan, pendidikan, umur, pengalaman kerja, waktu tempuh, persepsi kualitas lingkungan (DQ) dan persepsi pengunjung terhadap objek wisata pengganti The Lawu Park (DS). Variabel biaya perjalanan, pendapatan, umur dan waktu tempuh berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel jumlah kunjungan individu (visit). Nilai ekonomi The Lawu Park yang diestimasi dengan menggunakan travel cost method berada pada nilai Rp147.487.082.000,00 dengan asumsi free risk rate 7,115%. Harga tiket masuk baru objek wisata The Lawu Park menggunakan analisis willingness to pay adalah Rp21.575,00.

The Lawu Park is the favourite destination in Kabupaten Karanganyar, Central Java. This research aims to estimates economic valuation and calculate the new price ticket based on the willingness to pay. Travel cost method used in this research for estimating the economic valuation of The Lawu Park. Regression analysis was involved in this study with specific number of individual visits as the dependent variable. Meanwhile, independent variables are travel cost to The Lawu Park, salary visitors in a month, education level, age, time travel, work experience, visitors perception of substitute another object. Independent variables that have significant influence to number of individual visits are travel cost, monthly income, age, and time travel. Estimation of economic valuation The Lawu Park using travel cost method is Rp147.487.082.000,00 with the assumption of free risk rate at 7,115%. The new price of The Lawu Park using willingness to pay Rp21.575,00.
