PERAN TRAUMA KEKERASAN MASA KANAK DAN PENGALAMAN PERUNDUNGAN TERHADAP KECENDERUNGAN DEPRESI MAHASISWA DENGAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL SEBAGAI MEDIATOR

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji peran dukungan sosial sebagai mediator antara trauma kekerasan masa kanak dan pengalaman perundungan terhadap kecenderungan depresi. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 204 mahasiswa usia 18-22 tahun yang berdomisili di Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), Trauma Screening Questionnaire (TSQ), Olweus Bully/Victim Questionnaire (OBVQ), dan Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS). Uji analisis menggunakan PROCESS menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial dapat menjadi perantara atau mediator hubungan antara trauma kekerasan masa kanak dan pengalaman perundungan terhadap kecenderungan depresi.

This study aims to examine the mediating role of social support in the childhood maltreatment trauma, bullying victimization, and depression tendency among university students. Study participants were 204 university students aged 18-22 years old who lived in Yogyakarta at the time of the study. The instruments used in this study were Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), Trauma Screening Questionnaire (TSQ), Olweus Bully/Victim Questionnaire (OBVQ), and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS). Analysis test using PROCESS shows that social support played a mediating role between childhood maltreatment trauma, bullying victimization, and depression tendency.
