Genesis dan Klasifikasi Tanah dari Batuan Andesit, Breksi, dan Dasit di Bagelen, Purworejo

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sifat fisika, kimia, perkembangan tanah dan klasifikasi tanah berdasarkan USDA, FAO, dan BBSDLP pada Formasi Kebobutak, Intrusi Dasit, dan Andesit di Kecamatan Bagelen, Kabupaten Purworejo. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada tiga bahan induk yang berbeda yaitu bahan induk andesit, dasit, dan breksi. Analisis sampel pada penelitian ini adalah analisis fisika dan kimia. Parameter Fisika Tanah meliputi analisis BV, BJ, Porositas, dan Tekstur Tanah. Parameter Kimia Tanah meliputi parameter pH, kapasitas pertukaran kation, kandungan bahan organik, kejenuhan basa, kandungan nitrogen, dan fosfor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan tanah memiliki perbedaan karakteristik sifat fisika dan kimia. Klasifikasi tanah yang terbentuk di Kecamatan Bagelen, Kabupaten Purworejo berdasarkan USDA (2015) Ultic Haplustalfs, isohyperthermic dan Typic Humustepts, isohyperthermic. Klasifikasi tanah berdasarkan FAO (2015) Haplic Luvisols (Mollic, Loamic), Eutric Regosols (Mollic, Loamic), Leptic Regosols (Loamic) dan Leptic Regosols (Siltic). Klasifikasi tanah berdasarkan BBSDLP (2016) adalah Mediteran Molik (Mm) dan Regosol Eutrik (Re).

This research was intended to study the soil physics, chemistry, soil development and soil classification according to USDA, FAO, and BBSDLP on Kebobutak Formation, Andesite intrusive, Dacite intrusive located in Kecamatan Bagelen, Kabupaten Purworejo. Sample was taken from three different of parent materials. The parent materials are andesite, dacite, and breccia. To determine soil characteristic, researcher use parameters consist of: pH, particle density, soil bulk density, soil porosity, soil texture, organic matter, cation exchange capacity, base saturation, nitrogen content, phosphor content, and exchanged cation. Result of the research indicated that soil development have different physical and chemical characteristic. Soils formed in Kecamatan Bagelen, Kabupaten Purworejo according to USDA are Ultic Haplustalfs, isohyperthermic and Typic Humustepts, isohyperthermic. Soils formed in Kecamatan Bagelen, Kabupaten Purworejo according to FAO are Haplic Luvisols (Mollic, Loamic), Eutric Regosols (Mollic, Loamic), Leptic Regosols (Loamic) and Leptic Regosols (Siltic). Soils formed in Kecamatan Bagelen, Kabupaten Purworejo according to BBSDLP are Mediteran Molik (Mm) and Regosol Eutrik (Re).
