KUASA POLITIK KAMPUS DINAMIKA KONFLIK AGENDA "RAMADHAN DI KAMPUS" (RDK) 2017/2018 JAMA'AH SHALAHUDDIN UNIVERSITAS GADJAH MADA

Mimbar akademik sudah semestinya menjadi ruang berdialektika dengan bebas oleh para penghuninya. Sementara di konteks kampus Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) kebebasan yang diberikan tidak serta merta bisa digunakan dengan seenaknya. Konflik yang terjadi di Ramadhan di Kampus (RDK) berupa pembatalan pembicara dalam dinamika pembicara ramadhan dikampus menjadi bukti bahwa ada kemungkinan pembatasan terhadap kebebasan atau kelewatan. Penulis memaparkan mengenai studi konflik dalam konteks internal kampus antara rektorat sebagai penguasa dengan panitia RDK atau Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Jama'ah Shalahuddin yang juga punya kuasa atas wewenang organisasi maupun kegiatannya yang dikupas secara keseluruhan, dalam artian mengungkap semua bukti dan cerita panjang yang membentuk RDK sampai dengan sekarang. Membaca konflik RDK baru-baru ini dengan melihat runtutan dinamika dan konflik RDK maupun Jama'ah Shalahuddin dengan metode etnografi yang menekankan grounded base. Sehingga Konflik hari ini dibaca tidak hanya dalam konteks koflik yang terjadi, namun variabel-variabel sebelumnya dan diluar pelaku yang terlibat dalam konflik secara langsung. Kebaruan penelitian ini adalah mengenai isu konflik pergerakan mahasiswa yang disini RDK oleh Jama'ah Shalahuddin dimaknai sebagai gerakan mahasiswa yang membawa narasi islam. konflik penguasa dengan pergerakan mahasiswa yang sempat panas di masa reformasi dan redup ditahun setelah 2000an. Tidak hanya memamaparkan mengenai konflik yang terjadi, juga bagaimana bentuk perlawanan yang terjadi karena dinamika konflik antara pihak kampus dengan panitia RDK Jama'ah Shalahuddin.

Academic Institution is supposed to be a free dialectic space by its people. While the freedom given does not necessarily be used arbitrarily in the contet of Universitas Gadjah Mada. Conflicts that occur so called Ramadhan di Kampus (RDK) in the form of cancellation of speakers in the dynamics of Ramadan speakers in campus appear to be evidence that there are possible restrictions on freedom or abuse. The author explains about the study of conflict in the internal context of the campus between the rector as the ruler with the RDK committee or the Jama'ah Shalahuddin Student Activity Unit whose power over the authority of the organization and its activities. It show the recent RDK conflict by looking at the dynamics and conflict sequences and the Jama'ah Shalahuddin with an ethnographic method that emphasizes grounded base. So that today's conflict is read not only in the context of conflict that occurs, but the variables before and outside the actors involved in the conflict directly. The novelty of this research is about the issue of conflicting student movements which here RDK by Jama'ah Shalahuddin is interpreted as a student movement that carries an Islamic narrative. the ruling conflict with the student movement which had been hot in the reformation and dim in the year after the 2000s. Not only describing the conflict, but also how the form of resistance that occurred due to the dynamics of the conflict between the campus and the committee of the Jama'ah Shalahuddin RDK.
