Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Survei Berbasis Web untuk Mengukur Kualitas Lulusan Mahasiswa Berstandar OBE

Keberhasilan pendidikan tinggi di setiap negara dapat dilihat dari berbagai sektor penilaian, baik dari sisi sumber daya, infrastruktur, kualitas, maupun output. Departemen Teknik Elektro dan Teknologi Informasi Universitas Gadjah Mada (DTETI UGM), mengharapkan dapat menghasilkan outcome lulusan yang berkompetensi dan mampu bersaing di dunia pekerjaan. Untuk mengukur capaian tersebut, DTETI UGM perlu mengembangkan aplikasi survei berbasis website sesuai standar Outcome-Based Education (OBE). Outcome-Based Education (OBE) adalah pendekatan sistem pendidikan dan metode pembelajaran dimana luaran menjadi fokus dan hasilnya dapat dilihat dari proses belajar. Metode OBE memberi tekanan kepada apa yang bisa dicapai mahasiswa setelah lulus mata kuliah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode XP, dikarenakan metode ini dapat mendukung pola pengembangan yang iteratif dan inkremental sehingga proses pengembangan dapat dilakukan lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan serta dapat mengakomodasi adanya umpan balik maupun perubahan kebutuhan dari klien terkait fungsi-fungsi pada aplikasi. Tugas akhir ini dirancang dengan menggunakan ASP.NET Core sebagai api dan angular sebagai tampilan UI (User Interface), menghasilkan aplikasi survei berbasis web berstandar OBE yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan Dasbor Power BI DTETI UGM. Aplikasi survei web ini dapat membangkitkan pertanyaan terkait OBE lalu dapat menyimpan hasil tanggapan dari responden yang datanya dapat diunduh melalui internet berupa Excel. Pada Excel tersebut terdapat data yang sudah disesuaikan sebagai bahan untuk digunakan pada Power BI DTETI UGM. Power BI tersebut dapat memberikan informasi mengenai kualitas lulusan mahasiswa meliputi Lulusan Senior, Lulusan Junior, Pemberi Kerja, dan Tracer Study.Pengujian pada aplikasi menggunakan pengujian Blackbox dan UAT. Pengujian Blackbox yang dilakukan berdasarkan skenario, seluruhnya mendapatkan hasil status Berhasil. Sedangkan, pada pengujian UAT untuk pembuat form diperoleh hasil 94,4% dan pengujian pada responden mendapatkan hasil 87,5%. Hasil kuantitaif tersebut menunjukan bahwa tingkat kepuasan penguji sebagai pembuat form maupun responden setelah mencoba aplikasi survei berbasis web ini tergolong sangat kuat.

The success rates of the education systems around the world are dependent upon many different aspects, like resources, infrastructure, quality, or output. Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology Gadjah Mada University (DTETI UGM) is dedicated to having competent graduates or outcome who be able to compete on jobs. For reach these goals, DTETI UGM needs to develop web app survey with Outcome-Based Education (OBE).Outcome-Based Education (OBE) are education system approach and learning method where outcomes are the main focus and the results can be tracked by learning process. OBE's method put pressure on what students can achieve after graduating from the course. XP's Method (Extreme Programming) is being used in this project to supports the iterative and incremental development patterns so that the development process can be done more in accordance with the needs and can accommodate the interests behind and changing needs of clients related to functions in the application. This final project is designed by using ASP.NET Core as api and angular as UI (User Interface), produces an OBE's standard web-based survey application that capable to fulfill the needs of DTETI UGM's Power BI Dashboard. The Web App Survey can generate questionare related to OBE and then store the results of responses from respondents whose data can be downloaded via Internet in the form of Excel. The Excel has data that has been adjusted as a material to be used in Power BI DTETI UGM. This Power BI can give an information about the quality of Senior Graduates, Junior Graduates, Employer, and Fresh Graduates and Tracer Study. The testing's method for the application use Blackbox and UAT testing. Blackbox testing is done based on scenario, fully getting results are Success status. Whereas, the UAT test for form makers obtained 94.4% results and UAT testing of respondents obtained 87.5% as results. The results shown indicate the level of satisfaction of testers as form makers and respondents after trying the web-based survey application are classified as very strong.
