Perbedaan Biaya Riil Dengan Tarif Ina-Cbg���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s Dan Analisis Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Biaya Riil Pada Pasien Sectio Caesarea Rawat Inap Jkn Di Rsu Queen Latifa Yogyakarta

Salah satu masalah yang sering ditemukan pada penyelenggaraan JKN adalah perbedaan antara biaya riil dengan paket tarif INA-CBG���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s pasien JKN. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa besar perbedaan antara biaya riil dengan tarif INA-CBG���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s dan analisis faktor yang mempengaruhi biaya riil pada pasien sectio caesarea rawat inap peserta JKN di RSU Queen Latifa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian observasional analitik. Pengambilan data secara retrospektif dari bagian rawat inap sectio caesarea kelas 1, 2, dan 3, bagian rekam medik pasien, bagian keuangan dan bagian berkas klaim JKN. Subjek penelitian adalah pasien rawat inap kelas 1, 2, dan 3 sectio caesarea peserta JKN periode bulan Januari ���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½ Desember 2017 di RSU Queen Latifa Yogyakarta dengan kode diagnosa INA-CBG���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s O-6-10-1(dengan keparahan ringan). Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Selain itu menggunakan analisis statistik One sample test untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara biaya riil dengan tarif INA-CBG���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan besar biaya riil pada pasien sectio caesarea kelas 1 Rp5.760.291,- kelas 2 Rp5.737.269,- dan kelas 3 yaitu sebesar Rp4.929.173,-. Sedangkan selisih biaya riil dengan tarif INA-CBG���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s pasien section caesarea rawat inap JKN di RSU Queen Latifa Yogyakarta kelas 1 Rp361.300,- (selisih positif), kelas 2 negatif Rp537.959,- (selisih negatif) dan kelas 3 negatif Rp444.013,- (selisih negatif). Faktor usia, LOS dan kelas perawatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara statistic.

The difference of INA-CBG���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s payment and hospital tarif is one of the most frequent problem under the National Helth Insurance scheme (JKN). The study aimed to find of the gap between INA-CBG���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s and hospital tariffs of section caesarea and the factors affected at Queen Latifa Hospital in Yogyakarta. This study used observational analytic research methods. Retrospective data collection from inpatient classes 1, 2, and 3, the patient's medical record section, the financial section and the JKN claim file section. The subjects of the study were class 1, 2, and 3 cesarean section inpatients in the January - December 2017 period at Queen Latifa General Hospital Yogyakarta with the INA-CBG���¢�¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½s O-6-10-1 diagnostic code (with mild severity). Data analysis was carried out descriptively. In addition, using One sample test statistical analysis to determine the comparison between the real costs and the INA-CBG's rates. The results showed a large comparison of costs between real costs at the severity of 1 class 1 caesarean sectio patients Rp5,760,291, - class 2 Rp5,737,269, and class 3 that amounted to Rp4,929,173, -. Whereas the difference in real costs with INA-CBG's rates for JKN inpatient Caesarea section patients at the Queen Latifa Hospital Yogyakarta class 1 Rp361,300 (positive difference), class 2 negative Rp537,959, (negative difference) and class 3 negative Rp444,013, - (negative difference). Age, LOS and treatment class did not have a statistically significant effect.
