THE INFLUENCE OF PERCEIVED LEADER MEMBER EXCHANGE AND PROCEDURAL JUSTICE ON JOB PERFORMANCE AT BALAI PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN ILMU PELAYARAN TANGERANG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Persepsi Interaksi Atasan-Bawahan dan Keadilan Prosedural terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Ilmu Pelayaran (BP2IP) Tangerang. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan menyebarkan angket terhadap 65 responden yang merupakan pegawai BP2IP Tangerang yang telah bekerja selama lebih dari setahun dan telah bekerja dengan atasan langsung selama setahun. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi Interaksi Atasan-Bawahan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, dan Keadilan Prosedural berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

The research aims to examine the relationship between perceived leader member exchange and procedural justice to job performance at of Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Ilmu Pelayaran (BP2IP) Tangerang. The data collection method applied in the research is through survey to 65 respondents of employee of BP2IP Tangerang. The criteria are each respondent have working for more than a year as well as working with the same superior for at least a year. Hypothesis testing in the research use the simple regression analysis. The result of the study shows that perceived leader member exchange positively influence job performance, and procedural justice positively influence job performance.
