Konstruksi Alat Ukur Disiplin Prajurit TNI Angkatan Udara (IMPI D32)

Disiplin merupakan salah satu karakter penting yang harus dimiliki seorang prajurit Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI) Angkatan Udara. Sebagai sebuah karakter yang harus dimiliki seorang prajurit, maka dibuatlah sebuah alat ukur yang dapat memetakan keadaan disiplin prajurit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah alat ukur disiplin prajurit TNI Angkatan Udara (IMPI-D32) yang memiliki properti psikometrik yang memuaskan. Konstrak teori yang digunakan merupakan integrasi antara teori self-discipline, motivation to obey dan disiplin dalam konteks militer. Alat ukur IMPI-D32 terdiri dari 32 butir pernyataan. Estimasi terhadap validitas isi butir dilakukan dengan indeks Aiken's V masing-masing butir adalah minimal 0,690. Estimasi daya diskriminasi ditunjukkan dengan korelasi butir total di atas 0,3 pada masing-masing butir. Estimasi reliabilitas dengan formula Spearman-Brown menunjukkan koefisien reliabilitas yang memuaskan yaitu 0,916. Eror standar pengukuran alat ukur IMPI-D32 sebesar 3,439 dengan interval kepercayaan skor murni antara X-6 sampai dengan X+6. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa IMPI-D32 memiliki properti psikometrik yang baik.

Discipline is one of the main characteristics that must be possessed by a Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI), Air Force military personnel. An instrument was made to quantify the state of discipline of the Air Force military personnel. This study aims to create a discipline measuring tool for soldiers of the Air Force (IMPI-D32) which has satisfying psychometric properties. The theory used is an integration of self-discipline theory, motivation to obey and discipline theory in a military context. The IMPI-D32 consists of 32 items. Estimation of the item's content validity is done with the Aiken V index for each item is a minimum of 0.690. The estimation of discrimination item is indicated by the corrected item-total correlation above 0.3 in each item. The reliability estimation with the Spearman-Brown formula shows a satisfactory reliability coefficient of 0.916. The standard error of measuring the IMPI-D32 is 3,439 with a confidence of true score interval between X-6 to X+6.
