SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENENTUAN LOKASI PENDIRIAN HOTEL MENGGUNAKAN METODE AHP DAN PROMETHEE (STUDI KASUS : KARESIDENAN SOLO)

Industri hotel di Kota Solo mengalami perkembangan yang pesat. Setiap tahunnya di Solo mengalami peningkatan okupansi hotel. Data kondisi tersebut membuat para investor tertarik untuk berinvestasi di Kota Solo. Banyaknya kompetitor yang lebih dahulu membangun hotel menyebabkan perlunya perencanaan. Sementara itu tempat pariwisata di Kota Solo semakin bertambah. Kondisi persaingan bisnis yang ketat dan gambaran ketidakpastian di masa depan memaksa perusahaan untuk bisa melakukan perencanaan, perumusan dan penetapan strategi yang tepat dan fleksibel. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang muncul, maka diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan yang mampu menangani relasi pengaruh antar kriteria dalam proses pemilihan lokasi hotel. Sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) adalah sistem berbasis komputer interaktif, yang membantu para pengambil keputusan untuk menggunakan data dan berbagai model untuk memecahkan masalah-masalah tidak terstruktur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE). Metode AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot variabel kriteria. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah jumlah wisata, harga tanah, luas tanah, fasilitas Umum, lebar jalan, transportasi umum, jarak pusat kota, jarak stasiun, jarak bandara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan gabungan dari metode AHP dan PROMETHEE dapat digunakan untuk menentukan lokasi pemilihan hotel terbaik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, sistem pendukung keputusan dapat melakukan perangkingan alternatif dengan benar sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan dan fleksibel terhadap perubahan kriteria dan alternatif.

The hotel industry in Solo is experiencing rapid development. Each year in Solo has improved hotel occupancy. The Data of the condition makes investors interested in investing in Solo. The number of competitors who first built the hotel led to planning. Meanwhile, tourism places in Solo City are increasing. Strict business competition conditions and future images of uncertainty compel the company to be able to do the planning, formulation and determination of a precise and flexible strategy. Based on the problems that arise, the decision support system is required to handle the relation of influence between criteria in the selection process of the hotel location. The decision-making system (SPK) is an interactive computer-based system, which helps decision makers to use data and various models to solve unstructured problems. The methods used in this research are the methods of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE). The AHP method is used to determine the weight of the criteria variable. The criteria used are the number of tourism, land price, land area, public facilities, width of the road, public transport, distance of the city center, station distance, airport distance. The result of this research is the combined application of AHP and PROMETHEE methods can be used to determine the location of the best hotel selection. Based on the results of the test, the decision support system can carry out the alternative alignment correctly according to the calculation result and flexible to the change of criteria and alternatives.
