Keragaman Hasil Tangkapan Ikan Menggunakan Bubu Lipat Kubus dan Tabung Di Perairan Laut Kabupaten Tuban

Bubu merupakan alat tangkap yang mampu menangkap ikan dan non ikan dalam kondisi hidup sehingga kesegaran hasil tangkapan masih terjaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keragaman hasil tangkapan ikan bubu lipat kubus dan bubu lipat tabung. Lokasi penelitian berada di Desa Socorejo, Kecamatan Jenu, Kabupaten Tuban, Jawa Timur, yang dilakukan pada bulan Oktober-Desember 2018. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengoperasikan alat tangkap bubu lipat kubus dan tabung masing-masing 30 unit yang dipasang secara rawai. Setiap bubu diberi umpan ikan rucah, dipasang pada pagi hari dan diangkat keesokan harinya, serta dilakukan sebanyak 10 kali trip penangkapan. Semua hasil tangkapan diidentifikasi berdasarkan spesies, kelompok ikan diukur panjang dan berat, sedangkan kepiting dan rajungan diukur panjang, lebar karapas, serta berat individu. Data hasil tangkapan dianalisis secara deskriptif kemudian perbedaan jumlah dan berat tangkapan dianalisis menggunakan uji t dengan taraf nyata 95%. Hasil tangkapan ikan bubu lipat kubus dan tabung masing-masing sebanyak 8 dan 7 spesies, sedangkan tangkapan nonikan sebanyak 10 dan 7 spesies. Jumlah ikan tertangkap pada bubu lipat kubus dan tabung masing-masing sebanyak 24 dan 17 ekor, sedangkan nonikan sebanyak 63 dan 28 ekor dengan berat total tangkapan sebanyak 2631 g dan 1195 g. Hasil uji t menunjukkan total jumlah dan total berat hasil tangkapan ikan pada bubu lipat kubus dan tabung tidak berbeda nyata, namun berdasarkan total jumlah dan total berat hasil tangkapan nonikan pada bubu lipat kubus berbeda nyata dibandingkan dengan bubu lipat tabung.

Bubu is a fishing gear that can catch fish and non-fish in living conditions, so the freshness of the catch is still maintained. This study aims to determine the catch variation of a folded cube and folded tube fishing trap. The research was conducted in Socorejo Village, Jenu District, Tuban Regency, East Java, in October-December 2018. The study was conducted by operating folded cube and folded tube fishing traps with 30 units of each which installed in long lines. Every trap was given trash fish as bait, setting in the morning and hauling in the next day, were done in 10 times of catch trip. All catches were identified based on species, and fish groups were measured in length and weight, while crabs and swimmer crabs were measures in length, the width of the carapace, and individual weight. The catch data were analyzed descriptively then the different folded fishing traps catch were analyzed using a t-test with a 95% confidence level. The cube and tube trap capture fishes were 8 and 7 species, while the non-fish catches were 10 and 7 species, respectively. The number of fishes captured in cube and tube traps was 24 and 17, respectively, while non-fishes were 63 and 28, with a total catch weight of 2631 g and 1195 g. T-test shows that the total amount and total weight of the catch fish on the folded cube and the tube fish traps were not significantly different but based on the total amount and total weight of the non-fish catches on the folded cube, and the significance difference was obtained in comparing with the folded tube fishing trap.
