Employee engagement merupakan sarana yang dapat membangun suatu organisasi dengan baik dan tepat sehingga setiap segmen memiliki keterikatan baik dari segi perseorangan terhadap organisasinya maupun terhadap hal yang sedang dikerjakan oleh organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji apakah keadilan distributif dan keadilan prosedural berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement dengan variabel servant leadership sebagai pemediasi pada Springhill Group, Kemayoran Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik convenience sampling sebanyak 98 responden. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa uji asumsi klasik, analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah keadilan distributif, keadilan prosedural, dan servant leadership berpengaruh positif pada employee engagement. Penjelasan tersebut mendukung hipotesis 1 sampai 3 yang sudah dirumuskan dalam penelitian ini. Sementara itu, servant leadership memediasi hubungan keadilan distributif dan keadilan prosedural pada perilaku employee engagement, namun hanya mediasi parsial. ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF DISTRIBUTIVE AND PROCEDURAL JUSTICE TOWARDS EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT WITH SERVANT LEADERSHIP AS MEDIATOR IN SPRINGHILL GROUP Fitri Rahmadania 17/417242/PEK/22805 Employee engagement is very interesting to be the concept of discussion within an organization or within a company. Employee engagement is a means that can build an organization properly and precisely so that each segment has an engagement both in terms of individuals to the organization and to what is being done by the organization. This study aims to examine whether distributive justice and procedural justice affect employee engagement with servant leadership variables as mediator in the Springhill Group, Kemayoran Jakarta. This research was conducted with a convenience sampling technique of 98 respondents. The analysis used in this research are classic assumption test, descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are distributive justice, procedural justice, and servant leadership have a positive effect on employee engagement. This explanation supports hypotheses 1 to 3 that have been formulated in this study. Meanwhile, servant leadership mediates the relationship of distributive justice and procedural justice in employee engagement behavior, but only partial mediation.
