PENGARUH KOMPETENSI KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN: PERILAKU KERJA, MOTIVASI INTRINSIK SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMEDIASI STUDI PADA PROGRAM PELATIHAN KEPEMIMPINAN DI PT KOMATSU INDONESIA Widiyana 17/417331/PEK/22894 Perusahaan menghadapi persaingan pasar yang sangat kompetitif saat ini. Strategi perusahaan ditetapkan untuk membangun keunggulan kompetitif dalam rangka mendukung keberlanjutan perusahaan. Strategi perusaahaan dilaksanakan atas kontribusi pencapaian target setiap bagian organisasi. Kinerja karyawan menjadi faktor penting dalam pencapaian target setiap bagian organisasi. Kinerja karyawan dibangun melalui pengembangan SDM dan peningkatan semangat bekerja. Pengembangan SDM melalui pelatihan sedangkan peningkatan semangat kerja melalui program peningkatan fasilitas untuk karyawan dalam rangka pemenuhan kepuasan karyawan. Perusahaan masih menghadapi beberapa fenomena masalah yang disebabkan kurang efektifnya kinerja karyawan struktural. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang dibangun dari fenomena di tempat kerja dan pendekatan teori yang ada. Hipotesis sebab akibat tersebut adalah hubungan kompetensi kerja terhadap kinerja melalui mediasi perilaku kerja, dan hubungan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja melalui mediasi motivasi intrinsik. Penelitian fokus pada kasus program pelatihan kepemimpinan di PT Komatsu Indonesia. Jumlah peserta tahun buku pelatihan ini adalah 71 karyawan, sehingga dilakukan sensus untuk mendapatkan data. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas telah dilakukan terhadap alat ukur. Pengujian dengan mengunakan analisa regresi terhadap hubungan kompetensi kerja terhadap kinerja dengan mediasi perilaku kerja, ditemukan bahwa hubungan tersebut adalah sebab akibat dengan mediasi penuh. Pengujian hubungan sebab akibat kepuasan kerja berdampak pada kinerja melalui mediasi motivasi intrinsik juga disimpulkan merupakan sebab akibat dengan mediasi sebagian. Dengan temuan ini bisa melihat bagaimana faktor kompetensi kerja, perilaku kerja, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja.

EFFECT OF EMPLOYEE COMPETENCY AND JOB SATISFACTION ON PERFORMANCE: EMPLOYEE BEHAVIOR, INTRINSIC MOTIVATION AS A MEDIATOR VARIABLE STUDY ON LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAMS IN PT KOMATSU INDONESIA Widiyana 17/417331/PEK/22894 Company faces a very competitive market competition nowadays. The company's strategy established to build competitive advantage in order to support company's sustainability. The company's strategy implemented by the contribution of targets achievements in each part of the organization. Employee performance is the key point in achieving the target in each part of the organization. The employee performance develop through human resource development and increased work motivation. Human resource development held through training, meanwhile to increase work motivation held by improving the employee facilities program in order to fulfill employee satisfaction. Company still faces some problem phenomena which caused by the ineffectiveness of structural employee performance This research aims to test hypotheses that are built from phenomena in the workplace and existing theoretical approaches. The causal relation hypothesis is a relation of employee job competency to performance through employee behavior as mediator and the relation of job satisfaction to performance through intrinsic motivation as mediator. This research will focus on the case of leadership training programs in PT. Komatsu Indonesia. The number of participants for the training this year are 71 employees, so a census was conducted to obtain the data. Validity and reliability tests have been conducted by measuring instruments. The test using regression analysis on the relations of employee competency to performance through employee behavior as mediator, it was founded that the relation is causal relation with fully mediator. The causal relation test of job satisfaction have impacts to performance through intrinsic motivation as mediator is causal relation that mediate by intrinsic motivation. This findings signify that the factors of employee competency, employee behavior, job satisfaction and intrinsic motivation affect the performance.
