Analisis Pengaruh Faktor Demografi Terhadap Literasi Asuransi Syariah (Studi Kasus Masyarakat Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah jenis kelamin (gender), pendidikan, pendapatan dan usia memberikan pengaruh terhadap literasi keuangan asuransi syariah, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan responden sebanyak 300 orang yang merupakan masyarakat Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dan menggunakan model regresi linier berganda didukung dengan uji statistic menggunakan bantuan software eviews versi 8. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel gender, tingkat pendidikan dan tingakt pendapatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap literasi asuransi syariah pada masyarakat Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Sedangkan usia tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap literasi asuransi syariah masyarakat Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.

The purpose of this research was to know what gender, education, income and age giving influence to financial literacy of syariah Insurance in the people of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research used a purposive sampling method whit 300 respondents was the poeple at Yogyakarta and used quantitave approach with multiple regression models support by a statistic test assisted by software application od eviews version 8. Based on the result gender, education, and income have a positive and significant effect on the literacy of sharia insurance in the people of the Special Region of Yogyakarta.while the age does not affect the literacy of sharia insurance in the people of the special Region of Yogyakarta.
