PERSEPSI DAN PREDIKSI KETAHANAN POLITIK PEMUDA TERHADAP RENCANA PEMINDAHAN IBU KOTA NEGARA (Studi di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah)

Kebijakan untuk memindahkan ibu kota tidak dapat dinilai hanya dari perspektif ketahanan politik, terutama dari perspektif negara, tetapi juga harus dilihat dari persepsi masyarakat (akar rumput) yang secara otomatis akan langsung dipengaruhi oleh kebijakan tersebut. Hal lain yang harus dilihat adalah dampak kebijakan pemindahan ibu kota atau dengan kata lain prediksi kebijakan pemindahan ibu kota ke Kalimantan Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran yaitu pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam dan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap 327 pemuda Kalimantan Tengah, dan analisis media sosial menggunakan Drone Emprit Academic (DEA) untuk mendapatkan analisis persepsi publik di media sosial terkait dengan kebijakan pemindahan ibu kota ke Kalimantan Tengah. Hasil penelitian ini adalah persepsi pemuda Kalteng tentang rencana pemindahan ibu kota yang cukup baik, kondisi dan prediksi ketahanan politik pemuda diperoleh skor Tangguh dengan skor 4. Selain itu, pemuda Kalteng berharap pembangunan pemuda dapat lebih diperhatikan dalam perencanaan kebijakan pemindahan ibu kota negara.

The policy to move the capital city cannot be judged only from the perspective of political resilience, especially from the perspective of the state, but must also be seen from the perception of the people (grassroots) that will automatically be directly influenced by the policy. Another thing that must be seen is the impact of the policy of moving the capital city or in other words the prediction of the policy of moving the capital to Central Kalimantan. This study uses a mixed method, a qualitative research approach with in-depth interviews and a quantitative approach with a survey of 327 Central Kalimantan youths, and social media analysis using Drone Emprit Academic (DEA) to obtain an analysis of public perception on social media related to the policy of moving the capital to Kalimantan The middle. The results of this study are the perceptions of Kalteng youth about the planned transfer of the capital city that are quite good, the conditions and predictions of youth political resilience obtained by a score of strong with a score of 4. In addition, Kalteng youth hopes that youth development can be more responded to in planning the policy of moving the national capital.
