Proses Pembuatan Video Untuk Acara Tahunan Yang Diadakan Oleh RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta

Laporan akhir ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan proses dalam pembuatan video acara tahunan yang diadakan oleh RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan observasi lapangan melalui Praktek Kerja Lapangan dari 21 Januari 2019 sampai 29 Maret 2019 di RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. Metode selanjutnya adalah dengan mewawancarai staff dari Divisi Hukum dan Humas RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. Metode ketiga adalah dengan melakukan studi pustaka antara lain buku, buku elektronik, dan sumber internet. Untuk metode Analisa data, penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif. Beberapa acara tahunan yang diadakan dalam acara tahunan ini adalah Malam Tirakatan, Ziarah Makam, Sardjito Cup II 2019, Peresmian Museum Pepenget RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta, Peresmian PJT (Pusat Jantung Terpadu), Pagelaran Wayang Kulit, Media Art Expo 2019, and Sardjito Fun Run and Walk 2019. Dalam proses pembuatan video dari acara-acara ini, penulis menggunakan tiga step yaitu Pra Produksi, Produksi, dan Pasca Produksi. Pra Produksi adalah persiapan sebelum melakukan proses syuting video. Produksi adalah proses pengambilan footage untuk video dan Pasca Produksi adalah proses editing dan uploading dari video yang telah didapat.

This final paper aims to explain the process of making videos for the annual event held by RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. The method of collecting the data is field observation through an internship program started from January 21st, 2019 until March 29th, 2019 in Legal and Public Relations Division of RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta. The second method is interviews with staff from the Legal and Public Relations Division. The third method is library study such as books, e-books, internet resources. For the method of analyzing the data, the writer uses qualitative method. Some of the events held at this annual event are Malam Tirakatan, Ziarah Makam, Sardjito Cup II 2019, The Inauguration of Museum Pepenget RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta, The Inauguration of Integrated Heart Center, Puppet Show, Media Art Expo 2019, and Sardjito Fun and Run 2019. In the process of making videos of this event, the writer uses three steps which are Pre-Production, Production, and Post Production. Pre-Production is the preparation before doing the shooting video process. Production is the process of taking footage for the videos and Post Production is the process of editing and uploading from all footages that have been obtained.
