ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN EFISIENSI PELAKSANAAN FONDASI SPUN PILE DAN FONDASI BORE PILE

Di dalam suatu proyek konstruksi, dituntut untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan dalam waktu yang efektif, biaya yang efisien, dan juga mutu yang memenuhi standar. Oleh karena itu, Pemilihan jenis fondasi yang sesuai akan memperlancar proses pekerjaan sehingga diperlukan perencanaan yang baik. Pondasi yang dijadikan alternatif adalah pondasi dalam, yaitu fondasi spun pile dan fondasi bore pile. Diketahui bahwa fondasi spun pile dan fondasi bore pile mempunyai Job Mix Formula yang telah memenuhi standar proporsi dari spesifikasi teknis campuran beton. Berdasarkan hasil analisa durasi, diketahui bahwa fondasi spun pile memerlukan waktu 8 hari, sedangkan untuk fondasi bore pile 19 hari. Berdasarkan analisa biaya, didapatkan hasil untuk fondasi spun pile membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp. 2.878.710.794 lebih mahal dibandingkan fondasi bore pile yang sebesar Rp. 1.887.462.876. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dari segi mutu,biaya dan waktu, fondasi yang paling tepat dan dapat diaplikasikan adalah fondasi spun pile, karena mempunyai durasi pelaksanaan lebih cepat, walaupun dari segi biaya lebih mahal daripada bore pile. Jika dilihat dari segi mutu, keduanya memenuhi standar mutu yang dipersyaratkan.

In a construction project, it is required to complete the work in an effective time, cost-efficient, and also quality that meets the standards. Therefore, choosing the right type of foundation will facilitate the work process so that good planning is needed. The foundations used as alternatives are deep foundations, namely spun pile and bore pile foundations. It is known that the spunpile and bore pile foundation have a Mixed Work Formula that meets the standard proportions of the technical specifications of the concrete mixture. Based on the analysis of the duration, it is known that the spun pile takes 8 days, while for the bore pile takes 19 days. Based on cost analysis, the results obtained for the cost of piles Rp. 2, 878,710,794 more expensive than bore pile Rp. 1,887,462,876. Based on the results of the analysis in terms of quality, cost and time, the most appropriate and usable foundation is the spun pile, because it has a faster duration, although in terms of cost is more expensive than the bore pile. When viewed in terms of quality, both meet the required quality standards.
