Website merupakan salah satu sarana implementasi e-government dalam upaya penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik. Kualitas website yang baik akan berdampak pada impementasi e-government yang efektif dan efisien. Untuk menunjang website yang berkualitas, maka evaluasi diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja website Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk menilai tingkat usability dari website Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman. Metode yang digunakan untuk menilai adalah website evaluation methods, dan web evaluation methods. Terdapat empat alat uji yang digunakan berdasarkan metode tersebut yaitu evaluator based, Tool Based, web analytic tools, dan link analysis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi langsung kepada website untuk mengetahui gambaran permasalahan yang ada dengan menggunakan alat uji yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja website Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman sudah baik dengan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah konten yang terstruktur rapi dan konsisten, konten berasal dari sumber yang kredibel dan relevan, tingkat bounce rate yang rendah, dan tidak terdapatnya broken link. Kualitas website yang baik akan berdampak pada kepuasan pengguna sedangkan kualitas website yang buruk jika dilihat dari sisi usability evaluation ditandai dengan adanya user confusion, errors, atau user dissatisfaction. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan saran berupa balancing content, redesign website with mobile phone compatibility, option to change language, dan content with dissabilities friendly.

Website is one of the tools of implementing e-govenrment in an effort to provide public services. A good quality website will have an impact on effective and efficient implementation of e-government. To support a quality website, an evaluation is needed. This study aims to assess the performance of the Sleman Regency Government website. An evaluation was conducted to assess the usability level of the Sleman Regency Government website. The methods used to assess are website evaluation methods and web evaluation methods. There are four test tools used based on these methods, that is evaluator based, tool based, web analytic tools, and link analysis. Data collection is done by direct observation to the website to find a picture of existing problems using predetermined test equipment. This research shows that the performance of the Sleman Regency Government website is already good with the influencing factors are neatly structured content, content originating from credible and relevant sources, low bounce rate, and the absence of broken links. A good website quality will have an impact on user satisfaction while a poor website quality when viewed from the side of usability evaluation is characterized by user confusion, errors, or user dissatisfaction. Therefore, this study provides suggestions in the form of content balancing, website redesign with mobile phone compatibility, options to change language, and content with disabilities friendly.
