This study aimed to examine the role of resilience as a mediator between organizational climate and work engagement among millennials. There were 101 millennial employees of IT-based startup companies participated in this study. The measuring instruments used in this study were the adapted version of UWES (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale) by Schaufeli and Bakker (2004), the Organizational Climate Scale developed from the theories of Suarez, Muniz, Alvarez, Pedrero, and Cueto (2013), and the Resilience Scale developed from the theory of Connor and Davidson (2003). The results of linear regression with mediation models showed that partial mediation ensue with the value of indirect effects B=0.0195 and p=0.073. This means that resilience did not play a significant role as a mediator in the relationship between organizational climate and work engagement.
