KAJIAN TEKNIS PRODUKTIVITAS ALAT BERAT PADA PENGUPASAN TANAH PENUTUP DI TAMBANG BATUBARA PT CARITAS ENERGI INDONESIA

Batubara merupakan bahan galian yang ekonomis dan salah satu bahan baku energi sumber daya nasional yang mempunyai peran besar dalam pembangunan nasional. Penggunaan alat berat merupakan faktor penting dalam proses penambangan batubara. Untuk mengoptimalkan diperlukan alat berat yang baik agar mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan kajian terhadap produktivitas alat berat, biaya operasional dan faktor-faktor di lapangan yang mempengaruhi produktivitas alat berat. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode observasi (pengamatan langsung di lapangan), metode interview (wawancara langsung) dan metode analisis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa produktivitas 5 unit alat muat (excavator) sebesar 570,85 bcm/jam, produktivitas 15 unit alat angkut dumptruck sebesar 429,75 bcm/jam, produktivitas 2 unit alat bantu bulldozer sebesar 377.15 lcm/jam. Biaya operasional 1 alat excavator sebesar Rp.669.440/jam. Biaya operasional 1 alat berat dumptruck sebesar Rp. 511.541/jam dan biaya operasional bulldozer sebesar Rp.606.503/jam. Faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas adalah curah hujan yang tinggi dan geometri jalan yang belum memenuhi syarat.

Coal is an economical quarry and one of the raw materials for national energy resources which has a major role in national development. The use of heavy equipment is an important factor in the coal mining process. A good machine is needed to optimize to reach the target set. The purpose of this study is to conduct a study of the productivity of heavy equipment, operational costs and factors in the field that affect the productivity of heavy equipment. The method used in this research is the observation method (direct observation in the field), the interview method (direct interview) and the analysis method. Based on the analysis results it can be concluded that the productivity of 5 units of excavators is 570.85 bcm/hour, the productivity of 15 units of dumptruck conveyance is 429.75 bcm / hour, the productivity of 2 units of bulldozer is 377.15 lcm/hour. The operational cost of 1 excavator is Rp.669,440/hour. The operational cost of 1 dumptruck heavy equipment is Rp.511,541/hour and bulldozer operational costs Rp. 606,503/hour. Factors affecting productivity are high rainfall and road geometry that has not yet met the requirements.
