Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Pendapatan Usahatani Tebu di Kabupaten Ngawi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur biaya usahatani tebu di Kabupaten Ngawi, mengetahui pendapatan usahatani tebu di Kabupaten Ngawi, dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pendapatan usahatani tebu di Kabupaten Ngawi. Metode dasar yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitis. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 40. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis biaya dan struktur biaya usahatani, analisis pendapatan usahatani dan analisis regresi linier berganda faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pendapatan usahatani tebu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, biaya total usahatani tebu tanam lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan usahatani tebu tanam, dari segi persentase biaya pada usahatani tebu, persentase biaya tenaga kerja yang mempunyai persentase biaya lebih besar dibandingkan persentase biaya sarana produksi dan biaya tetap; pendapatan usahatani tebu tanam lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan usahatani tebu kepras; faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pendapatan usahatani tebu secara positif adalah luas lahan dan harga pupuk organik, sementara sistem penanaman tebu berpengaruh signifikan dimana ketika petani menanam tebu dengan sistem tebu tanam memiliki pendapatan lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan pendapatan dari sistem penanaman tebu kepras.

This study aims to analyze the cost structure of sugarcane farming, the income of sugarcane farming, and factors affecting sugarcane farming income in Ngawi Regency. The basic method used is descriptive analytical method. The basic method of this research was descriptive analytical, sample was chosen purposively. Number of respondent was 40 sugarcane farmers The analysis method used in this study is costs structure analysis, farm income analysis and multiple linear regression analysis of the factors that affect sugarcane farm income. The results showed that the total cost of planting cane was higher than ratoon cane, in terms of the percentage of costs in sugarcane farming, the percentage of labor costs that had a percentage cost greater than the percentage of the costs of production facilities and fixed costs; the planting cane income is lower than the ratoon cane income; the factors that affect sugarcane farming income positively are land area and price of organic fertilizer, while the sugarcane planting system has a significant effect where planting cane has lower income compared to income from the ratoon cane.
