Examining relationship between perception of injustice and retaliation behavior in Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Brebes (ANalysis on Gender)

The Employees of Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Brebes (N = 90) were asked about their perception about fairness in their workplace and their reaction to revenge unfairness. A relation between justice and retaliation were found as low. Discussion was made also in term of gender differences. No differences were found between female respondents and male respondents in percepts the organizational justice. However, evidence shows that male workers are found as more active compare to female workers in doing retaliation
