PENGEMBANGAN FITUR MANAJEMEN KUESIONER BERBASIS WEBSITE PADA STUDI KASUS INVESTIGASI OUTBREAK PENYAKIT

Outbreaks atau Kejadian Luar Biasa merupakan timbulnya atau meningkatnya kejadian kesakitan dan atau kematian yang bermakna secara epidemiologis pada suatu daerah dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Outbreaks dapat menjadi wabah ketika kenaikannya berdampak nyata dan menimbulkan malapetaka. Penanganan outbreak masih memiliki kendala yaitu proses pertukaran data tidak terjadi secara real-time karena proses investigasi masih secara offline menggunakan kertas sehingga memerlukan waktu yang relatif lama sedangkan penyakit terus menyebar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi untuk kepentingan investigasi outbreak penyakit terutama mengolah kuesioner secara online. Sistem informasi ini dikembangkan dengan metode pengembagan agile bersama pihak investigator yaitu Departemen BEPH FKKMK UGM. Sistem ini terdiri atas situs web, back-end, basis data dan aplikasi android. Pada penelitian ini, penulis memiliki fokus pada kemampuan sistem dalam mengolah kuesioner online yang diimplementasikan pada pengembangan situs web, back-end dan basis data. Proses pengujian dilakukan dengan metode black-box testing untuk menguji fungsionalitas dari sistem yang dikembangkan. Keluaran yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah empat halaman web untuk proses pengelolaan kuesioner, sepuluh URI-API untuk pertukaran data kuesioner serta dua tabel beserta relasinya untuk menyimpan data terkait kuesioner. Dampak yang diberikan oleh keberadaan sistem ini adalah proses pertukaran data dalam investigasi outbreak menjadi real-time sehingga pengambilan keputusan dapat diambil lebih cepat.

Outbreaks is the occurrence or increase in epidemiological significance of illness and / or death in an area over a period of time. Outbreaks can be a epidemic when the increase has a real and catastrophic impact. Handling outbreaks still has problems, namely the data exchange process does not occur in real-time because the investigation process is still offline using paper so that it requires a relatively long time while the disease continues to spread. This research aims to develop an information system for the purposes of investigating outbreaks, especially online questionnaires processing. This information system was developed using the agile development method with the investigators, namely the Department of Education and Culture of the FKKMK UGM. This system consists of a website, back-end, database and android application. In this study, the author has a focus on the ability of the system to process online questionnaires that are implemented in the development of websites, back-end and database. The testing process is done by the black-box testing method to test the functionality of the system being developed. The expected output of this research is web pages for the questionnaire management process, a collection of APIs for exchanging questionnaire data and several tables and their relationships to store data related to the questionnaire. The expected impact of the existence of this system is that the process of exchanging data in outbreak investigations becomes real-time so that decision making can be taken more quickly.
