KINERJA OPERASIONAL TRAKTOR RODA EMPAT DI USAHA PELAYANAN JASA ALSINTAN TANI MAJU, KARANG DUREN, KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

Pemerintah menggiatkan kembali program mekanisasi dengan memberikan bantuan kepada UPJA berupa traktor roda empat. Sebagai salah satu penerima bantuan, di UPJA Tani Maju Karang Duren, Kabupaten Banyumas belum mempunyai informasi lengkap mengenai kinerja operasional traktor roda empat. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja operasional traktor roda empat dengan metode pengamatan langsung. Hasil pengamatan menunjukan waktu untuk pre-operational adalah 8,55 %, operational 88,99% dan post-operational 2,44 % dari rata-rata total jam kerja per hari. Analisis kinerja teknis diperoleh kapasitas lapang efektif rata-rata sebesar 0,271 ha/jam, kapasitas optimum 0,381 ha/jam, rata-rata kapasitas kerja rata rata per hari dalam satu musim adalah 0,179 Ha/jam, efisiensi lapang rata-rata 76,24 %. Hasil analisis ekonomis menunjukan biaya operasional sebesar Rp650.000,00/ha yang ditetapkan oleh UPJA Tani Maju hanya cukup untuk menutup biaya kerja per hektar sehingga secara bisnis sangat tidak menguntungkan. Benefit Cost Ratio sebesar 0,52, Net Present Value sebesar -Rp639.190.086,00 pada tahun kelima, Internal Rate of Return sebesar 0,25 %, dan tidak mengalami Break Even Point dan tidak mengalami payback period.

The government is reviving the mechanization program by providing assistance to UPJA in the form of four-wheeled tractors. As one of the recipients of assistance, at UPJA Tani Maju Karang Duren, Banyumas Regency does not yet have complete information on the operational performance of four-wheeled tractors. Therefore this study aims to analyze the operational performance of four-wheeled tractors with the direct observation method. Observations show the time for pre-operational is 8.55%, operational 88.99% and post-operational 2.44% of the average total hours worked per day. Analysis of technical performance obtained an effective field capacity of 0.271 ha / hour, optimum capacity of 0.381 ha/hour, theaverage working capacity per day in a season is 0.179 Ha/hour, average field efficiency of 76.24% . The results of an economic analysis shows an operational cost of Rp650,000.00/ ha determined by UPJA Tani Maju is only sufficient to cover the work costs per hectare so that the business is very unprofitable. Benefit Cost Ratio is 0.52, Net Present Value is -Rp639.190.086.00 in the fifth year, Internal Rate of Return is 0.25%, and has no Break Even Point and no payback period.
