Tugas akhir ini menjelaskan tentang Pengolahan Arsip Dinamis Inaktif Keuangan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Kabupaten Sleman. Tujuan pembuatan Tugas Akhir untuk mengetahui kondisi arsip, mengetahui pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif keuangan, mengetahui sarana dan prasarana yang digunakan dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif keuangan. Metode pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan cara observasi partisipasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Wawancara dilakukan dengan memilih narasumber tenaga arsiparis dan pegawai lain yang berkaitan dengan pokok bahasan tema. Observasi partisipasi dilakukan pengamatan dan ikut bekerja langsung disuatu instansi tentang pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif. Studi pustaka yaitu pengambilan bahan materi dari bahan pustaka untuk mendukung penulisan Tugas Akhir. Pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif keuangan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Kabupaten Sleman sudah dilakukan dengan baik sesuai pedoman pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif di lingkungan Kabupaten Sleman yaitu mulai dari pemilahan arsip sampai dengan penyimpanan arsip. Kendala dalam pengolahan arsip inaktif yaitu kurangnya sarana dan prasarana dan perlunya pembuatan sistem aplikasi khusus pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif.

This final project describes processing of financial inactive records in Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Kabupaten Sleman. The purpose of making the Final Project is to determine the condition of the records, find out the processing of financial inactive records, find out the facilities and infrastructure used and the constraints faced in processing of financial inactive records. Data collection methods were obtained by participatory observation, interviews and literature study. Interviews were conducted by selecting resource persons for archivists and other employees related to the subject matter of the theme. Observation of participation is carried out direct observation and participate in how to work in an agency about processing of financial inactive records. Literature study is taking material from library materials to support the writing of the Final Project. Processing of financial inactive records in Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Kabupaten Sleman has been done well appropriate manual books processing inanctive record in Kabupaten Sleman starting from the sorting of recods to record storage. The obstacles in processing inactive recods are the lack of facilities and infrastructure and the need to create a special aplication system for processing inactive records.
