Pengaruh Pemberian Probiotik MarolisTM Terhadap Fungsi Organ Hepar dan Ginjal serta Profil Hematologi Ayam Broiler (Gallus gallus domesticus Linnaeus, 1758)

Marolis merupakan salah satu produk probiotik komersial dalam dunia peternakan. Marolis mengandung berbagai mikrobia yang mampu membantu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan meningkatkan kesehatan hewan ternak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Probiotik Marolis terhadap profil hematologi dan kesehatan ayam broiler melalui uji fungsi organ. Penelitian ini menggunakan 40 ekor ayam broiler yang terdiri dari 4 kelompok perlakuan masing-masing 10 ekor ayam yaitu kelompok perlakuan tanpa probiotik sebagai kontrol, perlakuan probiotik konsentrasi 0,5 ml, 1,0 ml, dan 1,5 ml ke dalam air minum per hari selama 42 hari. Parameter yang diamati adalah hematologi yang meliputi jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin, jumlah leukosit dan leukosit diferensial, serta pengukuran kadar SGPT dan Kreatinin. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan one way ANOVA dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan. Kadar SGPT dan kreatinin kelompok perlakuan pada hari ke-14, hari ke-28 dan hari ke-42 tidak signifikan dengan kelompok kontrol. Pada hari ke-14 pada kelompok P2 mengalami kenaikan jumlah eritrosit sebesar 4,25% dari kelompok kontrol. Pada hari ke-42 kelompok P2 dan P3 mengalami kenaikan jumlah eritrosit sebesar 32% dan 41,5% dari jumlah eritrosit kelompok kontrol. Pada hari ke-42, kelompok P2 mengalami peningkatan kadar hemoglobin dari kelompok kontrol. Leukosit total kelompok P1, P2, dan P3 mengalami peningkatan dari kelompok kontrol pada hari ke-28 dan hari ke-42. Persentase jumlah leukosit diferensial cendrung mengalami peningkatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pemberian Probiotik Marolis berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin, jumlah leukosit total dan leukosit diferensial serta tidak mempengaruhi kinerja fungsi organ ginjal dan hati sehingga relatif aman untuk digunakan.

Marolis is one of commercial probiotic product in the world of animal husbandry. Marolis contains various microbes that can help increase growth and improve animal health. The research aimed to determine the effect of Marolis on haematological profile and health of broiler chickens through organs function test. This study used 40 broiler chickens, consisted of 4 groups based, they are control group without probiotic. probiotic treatment group with a concentration of 0,5 ml, 1,0 ml and 1,5 ml in drinking water for 42 days. The Parameter observed are hematology comprising the number of erythrocytes, haemoglobin, number of leukocyte and differential count, and measurement of SGPT and creatinine levels. Data obtained were analyzed by one way ANOVA and continued with Duncan test. SGPT and creatinine levels in the treatment groups on day 14, day 28 and day 42 not significantly with the control group. On day14 number erythrocytes of P2, risen 4.25% of the control group. On day 42, the number of erythrocytes P2 and P3 risen 32% and 41.5% from the number of erythrocytes in the control group. On day 42, P2 had an increase in hemoglobin levels in control group. The total leukocytes in the P1, P2 and P3 increased from the control group on 28th day and 42th day. The percentage of differential leukocytes tends to increase in treatment. The results showed that the administration of Marolis probiotics affected the increase in the number of erythrocytes, hemoglobin levels, total leukocytes and differential leukocytes and not affect the performance of the kidney and liver organs so that they were relatively safe to use.
