SIMULASI KONVEYOR PENGHUBUNG PROSES AGING DAN PACKING DI PT SHARP ELECTRONIC INDONESIA

Konveyor penghubung proses aging dan packing di PT Sharp terdapat masalah pada rancangan lifternya. Pada saat as lifter tersebut patah pemindahan produk dilakukan secara manual dan ini merugikan perusahaan baik dalam waktu maupun tenaga. Oleh karena itu, penulis membuat simulasi konveyor penghubung proses aging dan packing dengan menghilangkan lifter. Konveyor ini menggunakan PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) agar dapat berjalan secara otomatis dan juga dibutuhkan stopper agar produk tidak saling bertabrakan satu dengan yang lain menggunakan rangkaian elektropneumatik. Simulasi konveyor ini menggunakan PLC Omron CP1E yang telah diprogram menggunakan CX-Programmer. Program ini dibuat agar sistem dapat bekerja lebih efisien. Dalam pembuatan simulasi konveyor menggunakan PLC dan elektropneumatik ada beberapa metode yang telah dilakukan yaitu mengumpulkan beberapa data dari keadaan di sekitar, membuat program dan juga membuat simulasi menggunakan peralatan yang tersedia di laboratorium kontrol otomasi. Dari hasil pembuatan simulasi konveyor ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa simulasi konveyor menggunakan program PLC dan elektropneumatik telah berhasil dibuat dan dapat diaplikasikan di konveyor sesungguhnya.

Conveyor to connect the aging and packing process at Sharp company has a problem with the design of the lifter, when the lifter is broken the product transfer is use manually and this is detrimental to the company both in time and effort. This conveyor use PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for can run automatically and it need stopper for avoid product from colliding with each other use electropneumatic circuit. This conveyor simulation uses PLC omron CP1E which has been programmed isung CX-Programmer. This program is made to the system can work more efficiently. When made conveyor simulation use PLC and electropneumatic system there are several methods thaht have been done, namely collecting some data from the surroundings, making program and also making simulation using equipment that available in automation control laboratory. From the results of this conveyor simulation using PLC and electropneumatic system has been successfully created and can be apllied in the real conveyor.
